The guys a true leader when it comes to teaching, putting people in check and making sure the division is where it needs to be. He always has so much on his plate and yet he still can find time to be a friend and have some laughs. Through the entire time i have been in KSI i have never seen him slack one day or lose his temper or demeanour to the point of being emotionally compromised or unproductive.. And that says alot being a co div leader with no div leader and also being an acting general for TALON. He's always there when you need him and he always gets results. Give this man an award because he deserves it without a doubt. Founder of the month KSIxPapi 77 (FOUNDER EO) http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/28985-ksixpapi77/ Papi has always found time in his busy life being a hard worker hitting 60hr weeks while being a husband and a father with news of a new kid on the way. He balances his time extremely well and always has new things to teach his division as a whole. Hes taught us so much with the upcoming squad split for DEFIANT and always seems to know more and more each day by experience and shares all of this with great enthusiasm and detail. He has never had to pull the "im a founder respect my authority!!" card lol everyone has respect for him and listens to everything he has to say so he does his job extremely well and deserves this award without a doubt. General of the month KSI Gr1mSh0t29 (GENERAL DEFIANT EO) http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/39681-ksi-gr1msh0t29/ This gentleman has been nothing but courteous, confident and complaisant while still showing the mentality of a leader who takes no BS.. I respect Gr1mSh0t greatly he has always had the time to talk to me individually about any questions i have no matter how important or dumb. DEFIANT would not be here today if he was not in charge of this squad, we have overcome many obstacles with him in charge and i would say without a doubt hes always been the man for the job. I expect great things from him in the future and he deserves this award in every way imaginable Captain of the month KSI Guyy (CPT DEFIANT EO) http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/41679-ksi-guyy/ This man has been the rock of DEFIANT.. He has put in so much work since i joined months ago, trying to keep full partys going all the time with game nights and days 24/7. Partys with him were beyond a doubt the best time i had joining KSI in the beginning and made me want to become more active in the community as an officer since there was literally no LT's at the time besides him. He learned so much and truly grew as an extremely important asset to the success of DEFIANT squad. He has come up with squad tournaments to get people active by putting up his own money to the winners of the event. Worked his way up to 2nd captain and still puts in so much work in making everything go smoothly. I look up to this individual in a professional manner because he deserves all good things to come his way. Lieutenant of the month KSI Skarzx (CPT DEFIANT EO) http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/42869-ksi-skarzx/ Skarzx has done some of the best lieutenant work around.. He comes up with fresh new ideas constantly to expand our squads activity by having lower ranking members get active with the forums, defiant club and even referring people! This dude is on fire with pushing our squad to achieve better things. He puts in serious work with recruiting, training and promoting 24/7 while making everyone laugh and stay socially connected and hes becoming the backbone of our squad. I reapect skarzx's work and he needs to win this award! He will never stop improving this squad. All of these individuals deserve the reward i have nominated them for.. I do not give credit to anyone who doesnt deserve it one bit so these gentleman have truly done some of the best work out there. To try and fill their shoes i have found it to be extremely diffucult because they all bring their own passion and leadership to this squad and division.
