This man brought a squad back from the dead and in 2 months time got it to split. He's always trying to push higher then anyone expects. Definitely someone who I would love to follow in their footsteps. Captain KSI Hype 1shot Genesis/DR I am nominating this person because he has been doing an amazing job keeping up with everything. He is an amazing help in keeping the squad organized and is a big reason the squad is at where it is now. Just him alone got us 31 recruits within a few weeks, and that is amazing. He is running the bo2 headhunters team, and is very organized himself with what he does. Overall I feel he is a great candidate for this award

He goes above and beyond his duties to help members and create squad cohesion. He leads by example and shares his knowlege at all times as well as being an awesome mentor to all his officers. In spite of having a small officer staff he continually drives us forward and never lets the squad sit stagnate.

I politely answered do your job even if nobody else is doing it.. Ksi is what you put into it and he took that to heart.. Since then he has jumped thru the ranks passing people leaving dust trails in his wake.. He wakes up daily to give 150% effort to everything he does. By far one of the most valued members in all of DR.. For that I appreciate him.. Thank God I'm in a division full of MVPs or that would have looked like favortism.. Rex is very blunt but I have absolute respect for that. He makes sure there is no confusion in what he tells us. Aside from being a great Captain, he is also a great person. He cares a lot about this squad. He is always here for anyone who needs him. He is always keeping people in uniform. Actually, Rex also saw me as a potential officer when I joined. He sees things in people. He is always stressing to everyone the importance of the forums, meetings and workshops and both hosting and promoting them. He always includes members in gaming and parties to make sure no one feels left out. He is a great Captain and deserves to be recognized. Without him, I wouldn't be here to meet all of you fabulous people, gain all of these friendships and be a part of this amazing family. She is active every day and is always including new members in game nights and other parties KSI members are in. ShadowFoxx is always recruiting and keeping those members active and always training them up. Her recruits are always knowledgeable of KSI and the ranks, what those ranks mean and who is part of the division. She never is shy to ask if she doesn't know the answer to a question and has helped me re-learn from the older day in KSI.
