I can speak with him whenever I need his ear, and I know I can count on him for any counseling, advices and tips. I have before, since the days of TW untill now, and will do again in the future, to seek his assistance through the KSI ''Open Door Policy''. Though reasoning is the faculty of judgement and this is what differentiate us from the other animals on this planet, I know, that in common sense, I can count on Greg for not judging me, my actions, my thoughts and my past, as he looks beyond that to give me best advice suiting the situation I'm in when I seek his guidance. He is way to present and by that I mean he is accessible everyday and always willing to help. It is to the point that I wonder, does he have a clone or simply no personnal life... I have sought counsel from Ascend several times, I have brought him my thoughts, the issues I faced in my time as an officer and a leader in KSI, the dilemma I had and more. Though he gave me many answers, I have never sought complete answers but guidance that have helped me learn to better my leadership. Of course he could have given the exact solutions and the precise words to use to solve what I brought him, but where would be the fun in that, and most important how do you learn when someone else does all the work for. Though I know his age, I see Ascend as an old hermit offering spiritual and philosophical guidance to those who cross his path or simply seek him. You may not be able to get in contact with him in the next few minutes, but if you give him to right elements you are jugglingwith, not only are you sure that he will get in contact with you that day or later when he knows you will be available, but he will have thought about what you brought him and already have a path of solutions to propose. In other words he doesn't waste his nor your time. He's a great 7, an amazing leader and a powerful ally. Treat him with care or better treat him like a friend, he's deserving of it. He may not be the greatest source of knowledge in KSI, but I have sought his help on a few times in the past. He knows a great deal of people, he's appreciated by a lot and loved by several. You can't count on him to break the ice for you. He allowed to meet other leaders I wasn't familiar with when I needed to get in contact with them. And with his help as eased the process to reach these KSI leaders of other divisions. He never speaks for nothing. He's the silent type on whom you can count to say something intelligent when needed. I have heard greatly og him by my members and his. I have myself asked his opinion in the past and will most likely do it again in the future. Seeking guidance doesn't mean you don't necessarily know the asnwer, but only that you seek another opinion before moving on. And I know I can count an intelligent response from this guy. He always worked for his squad, the glory of it and to better himself. For the rank he has achieved in DM, I heard he deserved it and not only got it because he was the next in line in his division with most experience and time under the belt. He's a kind individual with whom it is easy to share your thoughts and idea for KSI and outside of it. He's a wild spark, his energy his contagious, he's a kind and natural leader, and a blessing for DM. Both work together in kind and intelligent reciprocity. Her attitude towards members, officers and leaders gives agreat energy to our division. She excels at what she's doing and try to better herself and her work each week by contcating me with her ideas in a will to discuss it and seek guidance before moving on with it. She will make a great Founder someday, one like this division has not seen in quite a while. He 's an individual tou count, who seeks peaceful resolutions to issues for all parties and does his best to work with all no matter his personal opinions on the subject at hand or the person handling it.
