But since day one he has helped calm the nerves of the leadership within LW! He has helped keep LW thriving even with all the drama that has come of late! I really enjoy having Pantsir as my Director and know he will help lead LW into a brand new bright horizon! Even tho he saw a huge hill ahead of him he came into LW and really helped keep things together! Even with the amount of questions he was given he managed to find the time to help and answer all those questions given to him! He's a great guy and I really enjoy gaming with him! He has a fountain of knowledge to offer everyone and isn't shy to share it! He has something about him that just puts your mind at ease! Keep up the great work!! He does an amazing job within Samurai! He has really helped me keep Samurai together! Because of the time difference of myself and the rest of the squad, D3Kr1pt3d has to take control for me while I am offline at night and answer and help with any issues! And with him being part of the Military he always seems to find the time to help the squad where it needs it!!! I'm sure he will make a great General!!!

He has continued to dedicate himself to making his divisions and this community better. He has been consistent and continuously offers solutions to problems for people across this community. He has stepped in to assist people when necessary, regardless of who you may be associated with. He offers a calm, unbiased viewpoint on all problems. Thanks to Pantsir, LW continues to thrive and grow. His insight and knowledge have trained many people and great leaders throughout this community. He has dedicated his time to retraining his members and maintaining the motivation to be productive and grow throughout the division as a whole. He has sacrificed the safety and comfort of his home division to forge new relationships and meet new people, helping open his eyes to the fact that every division in KSI is amazing and has its' own contribution to this community as a whole. Not only has he had to deal with a mass amount of bull poop within his division, he has had to deal with making sure his squad is okay throughout that as well as creating new relationships with new leaders within that division. He never stops trying to learn and improve the leaders around him. He keeps a stable mind and solves problems super efficiently and is able to use his words in such a manner that he can connect with anyone.
