The amount of knowledge she possesses as well as her commitment to our community is something everyone should aspire to. As much as she has on her plate on any given day, she's able to put that aside and focus on her duties and fulfills them to a higher standard. He has great leadership skills, and amazes me every day with the time he takes out of his life to help DM thrive as a whole. His people look up to him, and for good reason. He puts a lot of his personal time into bettering his division. I only hear great things about him, and I think many people, including myself, strive for leadership skills like his. Everyone in our division knows of him, and his presence is always sought out. The best part is, is that while he does that, he is always taking that time to teach as well. The workshops he hosts are always informative, interactive, and fun. Bixby is always willing to help with any problems, and gives excellent advice to members looking to advance through the officer ranks. I think his recent promotion to Founder was well deserved! He is active, he is caring, he listens, and he is incredibly decisive. He is an excellent case of someone who leads by example. While he is quiet, he is sure of himself and his actions, and this is why Cruelty is where it's at today. There is no other squad I would rather have been placed in simply because of the environment he created. Bushy has never been scared to let his opinion be known, and many good things have come of that. His recent promotion to Co-Fo was also very well deserved! There are not many people that I've met that I think deserve some type of recognition more than him. I've never met such a caring person. I've never met someone who is so willing to spend his time helping a squad that he considers, basically family. He is active every day, and spends his time surrounded by people from Cruelty. Everyone looks up to him, and goes to him with any issues they have, which Joe handles swiftly, and he is always fair. From problem solving, to training, to workshops, to recruiting, to general knowledge of KSI, his performance as a Captain is unmatched.

She was the general of my squad before me and has helped me out with learning what needed to be done. I haven't had whole lot of interaction with him but in the time that I have I've seen how he always keeps things on the light and positive side to keep his members happy. general KSIXHUNTRESZ Ares DL this one is a pretty big give away. I have known her since we were both cots moving up the ranks in our divs and now we are both gens. She is a good friend of mine and has offered me great advice on certain problems with my squad she is always willing to lend a hand on both video games and in KSI matters. She is respectful and puts a lot of hard work in not only building her squad up but also making sure they have fun. CPTS KSI LOTTA OF CRUELTY DM Lotta is always bringing people of all squads and divs together in a party or a game night to get to know one another. She is a hard worker and does nothing less than the best she can for KSI as a whole. LTS KSI RECLAIMER177 Achilles LW http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/41095-ksi-nerf-this/ I have known reclaimed for a while and has have had the fortune of him being one of my officers and he falls nothing short of a hard worker that is always willing to lend a hand since I made him a Sgt he has done nothing but the best for his squad with recruiting, training, learning, or even helping others out on games. I see great potential in him and I know if he keeps it up he will be putting me out of a job so keep up the good work man! SSGTS KSI BELLATRIX She has been doing a great job since she has come into the division not only at trying to advance her position in KSI but as well as interacting and bringing people together. He works oddball hours and still manages to be able to attend a meeting or two while still being there for any DR members that need his help. He is consistently setting new goals/plans for his division and always makes sure each squad is at their best. King set goals to go from 1 xbox one squad to 4 xbox one squads. We are now already sitting at 2 squads after a recent split, and under his leadership, we will be at 4 squads on xbox one in no time! He knows his KSI Information and is very in depth when teaching others about KSI. He attends every GEN's meeting and makes sure every GEN comprehends the notes to the fullest, and if they don't he will make sure to send copies to those people so that they start to catch on. He is now the Founder in DR but is well deserving of Co-Founder Of The Month. She was online every day, and willing to hang out and game with anybody in the squad. She first was GEN of Genesis in DR when it was a Hybrid Squad with 4 gametypes. Although she leaned more towards the Destiny/Halo 5 side of the squad when she played, she still went out of her way to get Infinite Warfare in order to help and game with the CoD side of the squad. The plan was to split the squad so each half would have their own squad. She set goals for us officers and made sure that we were on top of our game. Genesis recently split because of her leadership and created Elysium DR. She spent a couple days as the GEN for that squad before being promoted to Co-Founder in DR! There is no in-between. With that being said, Grumpy is ALWAYS there for his members regardless of the situation. Grumpy will be up a 2am helping people get through Raids on Destiny, he will be teaching a SGT how to recruit right after they just finished a meeting and a gamenight. He is dedicated to his members and knows what needs to get done in order to have a successful squad. Grumpy is not afraid to tell you what you did wrong, but is also quick to tell you how to fix it. He is now the General of Elysium DR and I know he will continue to push each member to be at their best. Oh, and also..... He leads an undefeated HH team..... From day one of me rejoining KSI and coming into Genesis he has been there to recruit, train, and help motivate others to do the same. PHIL wasn't afraid to ask for feedback on what he was doing right or wrong. He is the type of guy to always want to improve himself in any way he can. He would come to me for advice on how to help lead a squad, and he would rack the brains of plenty of leaders in DR in order to have a wide variety of leading styles. Over the past month, there hasn't been an officer in DR that has trained more people and played with more people than PHIL has. He makes sure to meet with every single member in his squad and I admire him for that! He is new to the Xbox One side of things and is always willing to learn. He is consistently asking questions about what he can do to improve, while making sure to study the basics such as the recruiting and training processes. B1 is open to feedback and takes the negative feedback seriously. If he forgets to do something, he is quick to admit he messed up and be willing to bounce back right afterwards. Any feedback that we give him, he only has to hear it once before having that perfected. He is a workhorse when it comes to recruiting, training, and mentoring. He represents Knowledge when you ask him a question he will answer it, and if he doesn't, he will find the answer quickly for you. He represents Strength when you tell him he has done something wrong, he is quick to admit and ask how he can make himself stronger. He represents Integrity when he consistently asks how he can improve and how to do things the right way in every situation. He has been a model KSI member over the month of February and was recently promoted to 3LT.

In the beginning of this month there were only two 7's now there are 4. Due to his leader we are now in competition for having the most active members. He does all this even though he works horrible hours, he works night shifts or really early, this has for to zap all of his energy, care, creativity, yet he retains it all for KSI. He is always updating access lists, answering any forum questions, and just generally easy to talk to and get ahold of. She is always on top of her duties, as well as duties maybe not even required of her. To be blunt she is a "if someone else doesn't do it, I will" kind of leader, and I think we need more of that here. Ever since true was promoted to DIR, she has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help her Division, and members in any way she can, and that is why she deserves this recognition.
