He works oddball hours and still manages to be able to attend a meeting or two while still being there for any DR members that need his help. He is consistently setting new goals/plans for his division and always makes sure each squad is at their best. King set goals to go from 1 xbox one squad to 4 xbox one squads. We are now already sitting at 2 squads after a recent split, and under his leadership, we will be at 4 squads on xbox one in no time! He knows his KSI Information and is very in depth when teaching others about KSI. He is always online to play with you if you are looking for people to play with, but he also knows when to get his business done! He attends every GEN's meeting and makes sure every GEN comprehends the notes to the fullest, and if they don't he will make sure to send copies to those people so that they start to catch on. He is now the Founder in DR but is well deserving of Co-Founder Of The Month. General KSI DarkXAngel (Co-Founder/DR) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/24315-ksi-darkxangel/ Reasoning why the deserve this - DarkXAngel was my General when I came back into KSI. She was online every day, and willing to hang out and game with anybody in the squad. She first was GEN of Genesis in DR when it was a Hybrid Squad with 4 gametypes. Although she leaned more towards the Destiny/Halo 5 side of the squad when she played, she still went out of her way to get Infinite Warfare in order to help and game with the CoD side of the squad. The plan was to split the squad so each half would have their own squad. She set goals for us officers and made sure that we were on top of our game. Genesis recently split because of her leadership and created Elysium DR. She spent a couple days as the GEN for that squad before being promoted to Co-Founder in DR! There is no in-between. With that being said, Grumpy is ALWAYS there for his members regardless of the situation. Grumpy will be up a 2am helping people get through Raids on Destiny, he will be teaching a SGT how to recruit right after they just finished a meeting and a gamenight. He is dedicated to his members and knows what needs to get done in order to have a successful squad. Grumpy is not afraid to tell you what you did wrong, but is also quick to tell you how to fix it. He is now the General of Elysium DR and I know he will continue to push each member to be at their best. Oh, and also..... He leads an undefeated HH team..... From day one of me rejoining KSI and coming into Genesis he has been there to recruit, train, and help motivate others to do the same. PHIL wasn't afraid to ask for feedback on what he was doing right or wrong. He is the type of guy to always want to improve himself in any way he can. He would come to me for advice on how to help lead a squad, and he would rack the brains of plenty of leaders in DR in order to have a wide variety of leading styles. Over the past month, there hasn't been an officer in DR that has trained more people and played with more people than PHIL has. He makes sure to meet with every single member in his squad and I admire him for that! He is new to the Xbox One side of things and is always willing to learn. He is consistently asking questions about what he can do to improve, while making sure to study the basics such as the recruiting and training processes. B1 is open to feedback and takes the negative feedback seriously. If he forgets to do something, he is quick to admit he messed up and be willing to bounce back right afterwards. Any feedback that we give him, he only has to hear it once before having that perfected. He is a workhorse when it comes to recruiting, training, and mentoring. He represents Knowledge when you ask him a question he will answer it, and if he doesn't, he will find the answer quickly for you. He represents Strength when you tell him he has done something wrong, he is quick to admit and ask how he can make himself stronger. He represents Integrity when he consistently asks how he can improve and how to do things the right way in every situation. He has been a model KSI member over the month of February and was recently promoted to 3LT.

In the beginning of this month there were only two 7's now there are 4. Due to his leader we are now in competition for having the most active members. He does all this even though he works horrible hours, he works night shifts or really early, this has for to zap all of his energy, care, creativity, yet he retains it all for KSI. She does her best to ensure all her members are having a good time. She makes good decisions to ensure we have the right officers. Captain KSI GrumpyBear (General - DR/Elysium) - Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/19422-john-snow/ Reasoning why they deserve this - He deserves this awards because he always does a good job of ensuring the members are active and are having a good time, his officers knows what they are doing and that they feel appreciated and apart of the staff. A lot of captains don't do that, a lot of them become reserved, but he doesn't.

I am dropping my ability to vote to witness for this award. I have known spider for some time and I have watched him turn into a butterfly throughout the ranks that he has been in. He was handed a struggling division and worked as hard as he could to bring up a staff with him that would fit and work well with his division. He has had to deal with countless attempts at poaching as well as those who work around him losing their will to do anything positive for the community. He has rebuilt the squads within his division and dealt with moving quite a few of them over to the xbox one, which is no easy task. He has motivated and inspired the leaders within his division to go above and beyond their call of duty (heh) and exceed all expectations in terms of knowledge, strength, and integrity. He has reached out throughout the community and strengthened his division's ties with the divisions around him, as well as working at including web ops into his regular activities. He is an active and viable part of this community, consistently voicing his concerns, opinions, and ways to better the KSI experience for all parties involved. He is an inspiration to those who work with him, giving other members a chance of seeing what great leadership is and modeling their own styles in a similar manner. FI is a great and strong division, but would not be the same with out him. Luckily, there are quite a few people who serve a beneficial and motivational purpose to this community. He is most definitely one of them.
