There’s no question that DM as a whole as changed (take it as you will.) But if there’s someone who wants only the best for this division, then look no further. Thanks to KSI True 7: many security risked members have become cleared, as well “fluff” from squads/division have been dealt with. I can now say, DM has some of the best 7’s we’ve ever had in a long time. Name/ Gamertag: KSI Lotta Current Rank/ Title in KSI: 2CPT Category Nominating for: General Forums Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/29747-ksi-lotta/ Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: whenever I transferred to Wrath sometime back in March, Lotta was Captain, and KSI True 7 was general. Lotta was promoted to general on the 20th of May 2016, and has been general until 18th of December when she transferred to Cruelty, DM. Her dedication to this squad and its members is unparalleled. Being someone who lives in England, 5 hours ahead of eastern time but still host lobbies at 6, 7, sometimes even 8pm EST. Every time she’s online, never once have I heard her speak down to any member, officer or not.

No matter what life throws at him, Impy is always on top of his departments. He is continuously offering help and advice as well as ensuring each of the departments he is over is running smoothly and efficiently. He is always willing to sit down and crack a joke but when push comes to shove, he is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. His dedication motivates the leaders around him. Greg has always been there for me, through my division being torn of all leaders, to helping teach me all the way through the ranks, genuinely being concerned about the state of my division's leaders. He has consistently gone out of his way to strengthen the leadership and knowledge throughout this community as well as encourage cross-divisional participation. This particular leader has lead both myself and my 7's staff to the point of success. He has mentored many people throughout his KSI career and is always willing to help someone, whether it is a problem or offering advise. He has continuously put others before himself, sacrificing eating at a decent time to be able to host lobbies and meetings. He has sacrificed his own sleep to stay up late at night, talking people through breakdowns and insecurities. He always has time for those who need him. Pantsir has never stopped learning, has never stopped teaching, has never stopped believing. He has lead his division extremely well, (obviously well enough to merit a promotion to director) and trained up marvelous people with proper knowledge and leadership skills. Spider has been a very supportive and motivational leader, at least from what I've seen. He is bringing up and training a brilliant 7 as well as his generals. He is online frequently but his division always comes first. He speaks his mind and is always willing to debate a topic if progression comes from it. Ivy has been an inspirational, all-inclusive, knowledgeable and valuable member of this community. She has strengthened her division and grown from unexpected complications more than I've seen any leader grow in such an amount of time. She is active with many departments as well as successful as a leader and mentor. I hope to see a bright future from this one. I haven't met this individual personally, but from what I've seen on the forums and what I've heard from the mouths around me, this guy seems to be a pretty darn great general. He reaches out to departments and participates in them, nominating members for awards, writing news articles, etc. He encourages forums activity and is continuing in his dedication to KSI. This captain has stuck out for his squad, actively searching for other 360 members to game with so that his squad doesn't feel so left behind. He has gone out of his way to create charts and the like to show his squad just how many other divisions and squads there are, explaining which of them are based on the 360 and not. Ever since I joined KSI he has been the one to guide me all the way to being a General now, I've personally seen him help out members to the best of his abilities and push to be on top without trying. He has an outgoing and positive attitude and negativity isn't apart of his vocabulary. He strives for the best and works hard to keep those around him on the right track and to reach higher than they expected to. He is a mentor and helper to me in any situation and I'd never hesitate to go to him if need. He is a friend and someone to count on, I know he is going to go far into the community to make it as best as he possibly can and help everyone enjoy having a good time. If anyone deserves this award, it's the almighty KiLLER KiNG! This is someone who can do anything when given a task. This someone I have helped train from a SSGT all the way to a CPT, I saw great potential in him and he has proven himself in many ways and to the best of his abilities. Not only is he someone who will be there for anyone on a personal level and protect them, he has always been an active members online and on the forums, he has studied and trained himself to reach his rank and still hasn't given up. He has a very positive attitude when it comes to KSI and is willing to learn and reach further into the ranks than he even knows. He has mentored and trained those around him along with me, to keep them from falling and stay on the right track, he attends events and tournaments and encourages others to do the same along with holding workshops and working with members on the side to become a better gamer or member with high and positive spirits. He is open and friendly to everyone within KSI whether it be his squad or others. He has never let me down as his General or friend and is constantly available to help others who need it. He is a shield and motivator to those around him and amazing at proving his ability to be an officer and member of KSI . If anyone should get Lieutenant of the Year, it's this "Paladn"!
