Later Ashhh and ES went on to take 2nd place in a very completive tie breaker between ES WI and LS. ES had a huge presence during spirit week competing in every event and always adding to the conversations on twitch live streams. I would like to mention some of the other outstanding Div. leaders from this year KSI Collector 7, KSI Pansir 7, KSI Ascend 7 and, KSI MFL Swagg 7 all of whom made this a very hard decision. Well True started running her division with a trial by fire and could have tossed in the towel just accepting her situation she decided to make changes she slowly started building a team around her. True has recently been promoted to director leaving some great leaders that can continue the high standard she set in DM

Him, along with the leaders that are in place, have been working to a much more prosperous relationship between the departments and clan ops. With Impy's push with these leaders we've seen more streams and content from productions, more news being spread on the news site and social media for our enjoyment, activities being more mentioned on Xbox and just with clan ops in general. Not only does he push productivity, he also offers great advice for many people who he's come in contact with in the last year. Between web ops and even clan ops, he assists and helps all, even though his position doesn't call for it. Many people have called on him for assistance, and is honestly one of the most visible Senior Leaders we have here in KSI. This consistency and effort he has put into his position and much more deserves that recognition. He instills that with other members and leaders he mentors, even on a daily basis. Being one of the directors with the most roles in KSI at that time. Productions, TnE, Forum Staff, and to include his clan ops position; he has taken on what some people could say "more than they could handle". He has been known to be there for members when they absolutely need him, on and off Xbox he is constantly dealing and helping with KSI situations and members, even. His advice and efforts have saved members, some divisions, and has helped KSI progress to be better when it comes to knowledge and positivity, at least where he's left his mark. Everything he does is for the betterment of this clan, going as far as to revive the LS squad from the grave it sat in. The skill and friendly, welcoming tone he shows in game would make anyone want to be apart of our clan (if only we left party chat...). Outside of that, he is very kind, generous, and overall a great person. Danger does so much more than he has to, and that is why he deserves General of the year. (It's KSI Arbovia15 by the way)

I remember the day I first recruited her into my squad she wasn't like how she is today. I'm glad I got the time to train you up and bring you up the ranks, thanks for bringing back to KSI too! What's that saying? The student surpasses the teacher or something like that? That's how this situation is.

They all taught me how to be a good leader but gunner has taught me the most and he is the best general I have ever worked with. I thought I knew a lot about KSI, but when I met KSI Gunner254, I learned a lot more. He is a great role model, not only to me but to the whole squad. He does everything in his power to make sure everybody is active and having fun. Therefore I can not think of anyone else that is more qualified for this award more than Gunner. He is the definition of what a KSI general is.

I didn’t always think of Azrael as a great leader in this community, but after he became a director I started to see how he actually was. After I became a director I really had the opportunity to see what type of leader he actually was. After becoming a senior director I noticed how much Azrael does to show all of the members that he cares. I have talked to Azrael about many things that I have viewed as concerning, or even just something I disagree with. Instead of just listening to me and doing nothing, he brings the issues brought to him up in meetings and other discussions with the people that have the ability to make changes. Azrael has definitely proven that his is a great leader for this community and I would love to see him get some recognition for what he’s done. Thor didn’t just do that, Thor went above and beyond by being in parties with myself and the rest of my 7 staff on a regular basis even when there wasn’t any KSI business to discuss. Thor helped us become the KSI leaders that we are today. After I became a Director I still looked up to Thor and to this day I still discuss things with him when I want another viewpoint on an issue. As I’ve said Thor has helped me tremendously and I know he has helped plenty of others during his time as a Director, hope you get the recognition you deserve man. The first thing I want to bring up about Ascend is his overall leadership ability. Ascend is by far one of the best leaders in this community and I'm sure many people would agree with that statement. I decided to nominate Ascend for Co-div of the year for the work he did while I was still LW Div Leader, and then also after I became a Director. While I was a Div Leader I relied on Ascend very heavily, after all he was my replacement and I wanted to ensure that he knew what was required from someone running a division. Ascend not only met expectations, but he exceeded them on a daily basis. Something that Ascend does, better than I ever have, is to be able to connect with all the squads and all of their members. He is the type of person that will take whatever time is necessary to make sure that everyone has the knowledge to grow into a future leader within KSI. At one point in LW we had a few squads that didn't have a General, Ascend stepped up and always did what he could to prevent me from having to take on one of those tags. At one point he was acting gen, managing the RCT tag, as well as helping me run an efficient division. I've always said this, and I truly still believe it, but a lot of my success has come from those below me, the primary one being Ascend. Without him there is no way LW would have been the machine that they were a year ago. I could go on and on about Ascend but I'll finish with this last note, Ascend is always willing to go above and beyond to better this community and to this day the following video is a perfect example of that. Head of the Year Forums Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/17241-scotland/ Reason: I feel that Scotland deserves recognition for this award because he has been running the AAP Dept. both effectively and efficiently over the past year. There for a while forums awards were not being used, which definitely caused AAP dept. to suffer. Since one of the main goals of AAP is to have a dept. that recognizes the members for the work that they do it was not good to have this dept. only partially working. Since the forums have brought back the awards I have seen the participation in AAP skyrocket. Initially people were nominating others like crazy to make up for the months that awards were not being used. Scotland worked with Emmy and have built, from what I can see, a very good team around them. I’m sure it hasn’t been easy for Scotland but now that the team is working together more the dept. is definitely better than it has been at times in the past. Scotland, you have done a great job running this dept. and getting it to where it is today. I look forward to continuing to work with you as an AAP staff member so that this dept. can recognize all of the members that deserve some recognition.

I don't regret this decision at all, Gunner has helped me with every single concern, question, anything that came to mind. He rules with an iron fist, keeps everyone in check and does an amazing job as a General. I believe he should receive this award for his dedication, and care for those in his squad that call each other family, I've never felt so welcome anywhere, and seeing that this one man in the position he's in with a lot of others he has to tend to, I felt as if the light was on me, even thought the light's on everyone too. This squad wouldn't be where it is at this very moment without him, I wouldn't be typing this if I didn't feel any kind of appreciation for him. I appreciate everything this man puts into his squad, and I always will. On a personal level, I wouldn't feel at home if it wasn't for him, his camaraderie, and his wisdom. His vision is clear and true, for his squad to go forward and dominate, he's doing beyond perfect at it yet I'm still so amazed by the efforts he puts into all of us in the family. Thank you for everything Gunner, thank you for your guidance, help and assurance.

Some great, others not so much. Gunner is one of the best Generals I have had the privilege of working with. Gunner is extremely knowledgeable, but not afraid to admit when he is wrong and ask for assistance. He leads by example, not telling you to do something that he has not done or would not do. He has also had some personal things happen recently that could've derailed his activity and devotion, and we all would've understood. Instead, he barely missed a beat and has continued to go above and beyond what I see from other Generals in KSI. His leadership strategies in Torture MP are the reason that squad is what it currently is. Thank you Gunner for all that you do.

He's bloody good at what he does as my first general he's someone who I've always respected and looked up to. he works amazingly well under pressure and has always come out on top of any difficult situation our squad has faced. he's a true inspiration a friend and Co worker. I couldn't recommend a better gen suited for this award but king! he going to make an amazing mark as a new co-founder and I shall continue to look up to him as he motivates me to do better and climb higher..... He constantly works his butt off and it's about time he got shown some recognition. for the moment I joined KSI he's always been an active co-founder getting involved and making sure squads are doing whats expected from them. He's a pleasure to game with as a friend and co-founder. He has gained the trust and respect from our entire squad through being himself as suppose to getting it becauses he's a co-founder. I think more people should look up to him and follow in his footsteps. I can't praise him enough. so believe me when I say if anyone deserves an award it's this guy.

When I was inside TROCITY he would always come around and talk to the lower ranking members, and wasn't afraid to answer our questions. Whenever something had happened he wouldn't hesitate to come help with the situation. And after the split, he would help my current Gen and me and anyone else who needs/needed help with dealing with a situation. He is always keeping people on their toes, but keeping everyone in high spirits. He is definitely someone who will get his job done. And I believe, he deserves this reward.
