This dude came into our division in which barely anyone knew him. Unlike most directors who are barely involved in their divisions, mpliers came in and immediately started helping out our division. He came to gens meetings and gave us great tips to help improve our div (which we followed through with and they improved us greatly!). mpliers was always there for me if I ever needed help or I had questions. I always could count on him if I ever needed him. He is simply a great guy and whenever you're around him. You automatically can feel the mood lift. He simply brings positivity wherever he goes. He took failing squads and worked his butt off and got the right leaders in place over that squad and set the squad on the right track for success. He is always willing to help fellow members with anything and everything they bring to him, and he always makes sure his members are in a happy positive environment. I respect this leader more than any leader I've ever been around. This guy makes me proud to rep FI in my profile, and makes me proud to say I serve under him. This young man has made waves in the short time he's been here, and he if anyone deserves this award for co-founder of the year.

She can be hardworking and serious one second and funny, happy and playful the next. She doesnt think that her rank puts her above everyone and there needs either. If she sees that im not happy or anyone else isnt happy, she messages them and helps them with there problems. She will listen to what anyone has to say no matter what anyone has to say. Anything that will make them happy she will do. No matter what. Ivy is one of the 7's that goes above and beyond her job. KSI related or not, she makes sure to keep people happy and active as well as keeping us in line. Thank you Ivy!!

Name/ Gamertag: KSI ImPeRiiuM 7 Current Rank/ Title in KSI: Chief Department Manager Category Nominating for: Senior Leader Forums Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/2917-impyyy/ Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: Ever since Impy has taken up the mantle of being CDM, KSI's web ops side has not only seen a lot of change, but also many improvements as well. Him, along with the leaders that are in place, have been working to a much more prosperous relationship between the departments and clan ops. With Impy's push with these leaders we've seen more streams and content from productions, more news being spread on the news site and social media for our enjoyment, activities being more mentioned on Xbox and just with clan ops in general. Not only does he push productivity, he also offers great advice for many people who he's come in contact with in the last year. Between web ops and even clan ops, he assists and helps all, even though his position doesn't call for it. Many people have called on him for assistance, and is honestly one of the most visible Senior Leaders we have here in KSI. This consistency and effort he has put into his position and much more deserves that recognition. He instills that with other members and leaders he mentors, even on a daily basis. Being one of the directors with the most roles in KSI at that time. Productions, TnE, Forum Staff, and to include his clan ops position; he has taken on what some people could say "more than they could handle". He has been known to be there for members when they absolutely need him, on and off Xbox he is constantly dealing and helping with KSI situations and members, even. His advice and efforts have saved members, some divisions, and has helped KSI progress to be better when it comes to knowledge and positivity, at least where he's left his mark. Pliers is the man with the plan (sometimes)

Everything he does is for the betterment of this clan, going as far as to revive the LS squad from the grave it sat in. The skill and friendly, welcoming tone he shows in game would make anyone want to be apart of our clan (if only we left party chat...). Outside of that, he is very kind, generous, and overall a great person. Danger does so much more than he has to, and that is why he deserves General of the year. (It's KSI Arbovia15 by the way)

Time and time again he has put KSI and all of his members above even his own happiness. When he first joined LS I had my doubts, but over the years of working together I have come to respect him and call him a mentor. KSI related or not Pachi is always there for whoever needs him. She does nothing but try to be positive, kind, and respectful to everyone no matter the circumstance. Ivy has developed into an extremely incredible leader and I cannot be prouder. I remember the day I first recruited her into my squad she wasn't like how she is today. I'm glad I got the time to train you up and bring you up the ranks, thanks for bringing back to KSI too! What's that saying? The student surpasses the teacher or something like that? That's how this situation is.

They all taught me how to be a good leader but gunner has taught me the most and he is the best general I have ever worked with. I thought I knew a lot about KSI, but when I met KSI Gunner254, I learned a lot more. He is a great role model, not only to me but to the whole squad. He does everything in his power to make sure everybody is active and having fun. Therefore I can not think of anyone else that is more qualified for this award more than Gunner. He is the definition of what a KSI general is.

I don't regret this decision at all, Gunner has helped me with every single concern, question, anything that came to mind. He rules with an iron fist, keeps everyone in check and does an amazing job as a General. I believe he should receive this award for his dedication, and care for those in his squad that call each other family, I've never felt so welcome anywhere, and seeing that this one man in the position he's in with a lot of others he has to tend to, I felt as if the light was on me, even thought the light's on everyone too. This squad wouldn't be where it is at this very moment without him, I wouldn't be typing this if I didn't feel any kind of appreciation for him. I appreciate everything this man puts into his squad, and I always will. On a personal level, I wouldn't feel at home if it wasn't for him, his camaraderie, and his wisdom. Some great, others not so much. Gunner is one of the best Generals I have had the privilege of working with. Gunner is extremely knowledgeable, but not afraid to admit when he is wrong and ask for assistance. He leads by example, not telling you to do something that he has not done or would not do. He has also had some personal things happen recently that could've derailed his activity and devotion, and we all would've understood. Instead, he barely missed a beat and has continued to go above and beyond what I see from other Generals in KSI. His leadership strategies in Torture MP are the reason that squad is what it currently is. Thank you Gunner for all that you do.

When I was inside TROCITY he would always come around and talk to the lower ranking members, and wasn't afraid to answer our questions. Whenever something had happened he wouldn't hesitate to come help with the situation. And after the split, he would help my current Gen and me and anyone else who needs/needed help with dealing with a situation. He is always keeping people on their toes, but keeping everyone in high spirits. He is definitely someone who will get his job done. And I believe, he deserves this reward.
