He's honestly the best director I've ever had and I think I ever will have (sorry he has some pretty big shoes to fill). This man is not only my mentor, my leader, but he's honestly the closest thing I have to a best friend in real and Xbox life (which is kinda sad don't judge me). He DESERVES this award nuff said. True is someone I look to in the future to lead me and to learn from. She truly has exceeded all expectations with her leadership, confidence and overall hunger to succeed. She has been dealt a pretty hard hand with being thrust into the role of leader of the division with no warning and no training, and she took it on and hasn't looked back since. She deserves the award for Co-Founder of the year no doubt. He helped get firebird out of a sticky situation and is a huge reason why the squad split. He has made me very proud of him and I couldn't think of anyone else who deserves this award more. *Note* There are so many others that deserve recognition and an award. With my current position in AAP I wanted to select the least and most influential people I've seen in said ranks, so my posts are few.
