He's been through a lot in KSI and outside of Dan, he's the longest serving Department Head. He figured out, singlehandedly, the issue with the forums award system. Several admins had combed through the panel and everyone missed it, but him. He revitalized AAP department activity and supports KSI in so many fashions, not the least of which is his total cheerleader approach to participation and positive morale. Scotland embodies what KSI leaders should be, and as such, being a great role model for all of KSI's members, I nominate him for Member of the Year. Forums Staff Name/ Gamertag: KSI Doctor 7 Current Rank/ Title in KSI: Global Mod/Baby Admin/Baby Boy Category Nominating for: Forums Staff Forums Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/4993-ksi-doctor-7/ Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: Doctor returned halfway through the year after taking a bit of a sabbatical for personal reasons and fulfillment, I guess. He's come back and extended every olive branch and helping hand he could have. He's taken over group permissions and assignments in some regards while Luci has been busy at work and with other obligations. He provides help at every turn to each and every member who asks for it. He sits in on meetings and offers to help wherever he can. Doctor also assists current Clan Ops and Web Ops members with advice based on his experiences and expertise, and he's made the lives of Department Heads and Leaders way easier than most people can appreciate. Dept. Heads Name/ Gamertag: KSI Mpliers 7 Current Rank/ Title in KSI: Senior Director/T&E Department Head Category Nominating for: Dept. Head Forums Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/20715-ksi-mpliers-7/ Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: Mpliers had been a long-serving T&E member under the previous leader, KSI Havoc 7. Havoc did a wonderful job with the department, but Pliers took over from Havoc and not only maintained the level of excellence, but raised it. He has a motivated, creative-thinking staff that comes up with great ideas for KSI events. Participation in KSI events (Weekend Warfare, namely) is at a high level we haven't seen in years due to his guidance and wisdom. He is a motivated individual who is completely dedicated to making KSI the best gaming home on Xbox, and his tournaments and events staff feed off that energy and devotion. Writer Name/ Gamertag: KSI Rex Current Rank/ Title in KSI: News Team Writer Category Nominating for: Writer Forums Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/38834-ksi-rex/ Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: Rex has written several great pieces for KSI News, but moreso he's been a great, positive member who advertises the department and increases the team's morale. He's constantly asking to have more responsibility and take on a greater role as needed. He has a bright future and might soon find his way to becoming Editor of KSI News... if he keeps interviewing members and writing pieces he, I, and the rest of KSI can be proud of. Productions Name/ Gamertag: KSI Ivy 7 Current Rank/ Title in KSI: Flounder of LW/Productions Team Member Category Nominating for: Productions Forums Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/33586-ksi-ivy-7/ Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: Ivy has stepped up to the plate to fill a void in productions. She's been my (and other Dept. Heads') go-to point of contact to get help or assistance with our Productions needs. She's assisted on producing and executing our weekly KSI Happy Hour and plays prominent roles in T&E and Clan Ops as well. She's still learning the ins-and-outs of KSI Productions, but she's on the path to excellence. GFX Name/ Gamertag: iAREGlum Current Rank/ Title in KSI: Graphics Department Head Category Nominating for: GFX Forums Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/202-des/ Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: Dan (his name is Dan, I swear) isn't the easiest person to work with. But he's damn good at what he does. He cares about the community a lot more than he acts, and he is always there to get our projects done when we need them. Well, except last year's OTY Award Winners graphics, but still. He gets so much done that increases the visibility and aesthetics of KSI's websites. He is the only constant on that team year in and year out, and it means a lot to all of us.

Gamertag:KSI KiLLER KiNG Rank: Co-Founder Nomination: General Of the Year http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/35003-ksi-killer-king/ Reason: I believe this guy deserves this award in more ways than can be explained. Ever since I joined KSI he has been the one to guide me all the way to being a General now, I've personally seen him help out members to the best of his abilities and push to be on top without trying. He has an outgoing and positive attitude and negativity isn't apart of his vocabulary. He strives for the best and works hard to keep those around him on the right track and to reach higher than they expected to. He is a mentor and helper to me in any situation and I'd never hesitate to go to him if need. He is a friend and someone to count on, I know he is going to go far into the community to make it as best as he possibly can and help everyone enjoy having a good time. If anyone deserves this award, it's the almighty KiLLER KiNG! Gamertag: KSI PaladnMouth Current rank: 4th CPT Category Nominated for: Lieutenant Of the Year http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/37765-ksi-paladnmouth/ Reason: The one and only Paladn, also known as Pally by many! This is someone who can do anything when given a task. This someone I have helped train from a SSGT all the way to a CPT, I saw great potential in him and he has proven himself in many ways and to the best of his abilities. Not only is he someone who will be there for anyone on a personal level and protect them, he has always been an active members online and on the forums, he has studied and trained himself to reach his rank and still hasn't given up. He has a very positive attitude when it comes to KSI and is willing to learn and reach further into the ranks than he even knows. He has mentored and trained those around him along with me, to keep them from falling and stay on the right track, he attends events and tournaments and encourages others to do the same along with holding workshops and working with members on the side to become a better gamer or member with high and positive spirits. He is open and friendly to everyone within KSI whether it be his squad or others. He has never let me down as his General or friend and is constantly available to help others who need it. He is a shield and motivator to those around him and amazing at proving his ability to be an officer and member of KSI . If anyone should get Lieutenant of the Year, it's this "Paladn"!

Senior Leader (Senior Director/Board of Directors) Name/ Gamertag: KSI Impy 7 Current Rank/ Title in KSI: CDM Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: from his Resurrection to now impy has been doing nothing but trying to make this community function at a level that it should be, the dept area of KSI (which is basicly 1/3 of ksi) has been in rough shape since i joined this community in '08. Some areas always succeed and some seem to only work with specific people, but impy has taken it upon him self and dived right into the nitty gritty in sorting, stabilizing and creating an environment for dept to flurish through and through Director Name/ Gamertag: KSI Mpliers 7 Current Rank/ Title in KSI: Senior Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: Pliers as proven over and over again that he embodies what KSI is and what KSI needs in future and current leaders, doing his director duties to the utmost ability and maintaining 4 divs underhim he is truly a shining star in this community Division Leader Name/ Gamertag: KSI Collector 7 Current Rank/ Title in KSI: Director Reasons I feel this member should receive this award: Collector is in many areas as good of a leader as you can get, he always strives to learn more in the community which shows when he is dealing with members and other leaders alike. Sometimes i jest at him when i see chicken little coming out but it is always a passionate stance about a situation or project, he never loses perspective for the community and never raises flags or compaints with out merit.
