He has also helped me on a personal level In such an amazing way, even though his circumstances aren't the best. I have always turned to robby on a personal level as he is such a great friend & such a great officer, he keeps us all In high spirits & he always reminds us that we are a family! any issues which have come up he is strict to the Code of Conduct without fail.

He's recruited in an active staff while being innovative in creating and advertising tournaments for the community. T&E has had, in my opinion, it's best month in several years as far as overall sign ups and community enthusiasm toward the department in August, and that's a direct reflection of Pliers' effort. If anyone deserves this award for August, it's him. In fact, I think he's done good enough to get the Co removed from his title. Make that Mpliers, Head of T&E.

When he's not on, he is always there to talk to about any issues regarding anything. When he's on he finds where he can help, and helps with a smile on his face. He has held workshops to help people, even when almost no one showed up, he still went with it. He has been a big influence for me to strive to become a higher officer, because of how caring and composed he is with every situation he deals with. No matter the problem, he does his best to not worry any officer higher in ranking, so they can keep to their duties.

    Helping Hand- need a witness to verify member helping others Trainer- need a witness to verify how many members he has trained (cofo or higher preferably) Outstanding Service- need lots of descriptive witnesses explaining how he has impacted members, squad and/or division.
