I sincerely believe he deserves this award because he has helped anyone and everyone he possibly could, even when in emotional or physical distress. He is capable of taking care of any problems within the squad and tries his best to fix it without causing worry for higher ranking officers unless necessary. He makes sure everyone understands we are a family and feel involved . within the community along with strictly enforcing the Code of Conduct. As a General, am proud to share and inform everyone of his outstanding performance and know that there isn't one person who would testify against his officer performance within KSI.
