After his newest promotion to founder, he has stepped up to the plate to succeed in all the roles he has been given. He continues to set goals for him and all of his squads to grow, as well as become more knowledgeable in what is done in the division. I want thank him for all he has done as a mentor and friend to me. Her hard work and dedication to KSI was noticed in her promotion to co-founder as she continues to succeed and go above and beyond against anything that is brought to her.

True has drastically improved the morale of the division overall and has re-energized it in the wake of a very dark time for Demonic Mayhem. True pushes through the demand of her duties and still finds time to be a sweet, caring, engaged individual who has earned her entire division's respect and admiration. Elkram is an amazing leader. In the time that he has been co-founder, he's done an excellent job stepping up and being a forerunner co-founder for Demonic Mayhem. His capacity as a leader knows no bounds and his heart is as boundless as his generosity is. I can't put his worth into words precisely as I want them and this description wont do him the level of justice that it should or that he deserves. The first week I promoted her to Lieutenant, she wouldn't stop bugging me for our roster so that she could message each individual person to see if they were still active in the squad. I wanted to divide it into three lists for me and the other officers. Before I knew it, she did the entire thing. This isn't the only case of where she's taken it upon herself to do duties far above her 'pay grade'. It's always happening. I can't promote her fast enough to keep her on par with what she does for the squad. What's even better is that she told me she was going to work her butt off for me and I didn't believe her. He has become a valuable member of my officer staff and I could not ask for a better SSGT. He has never, to my knowledge, missed an event that he has scheduled and has gone so far as to host SEVERAL of the other member's events when they couldn't make it. He's a natural leader and always looks for the nicest way possible to handle a situation. Even when his personal TV craps out on him, he finds a neighbor's to use when he has to host something or attend a meeting. I don't know too many people who will go to such lengths for their squad like he does. I'm blessed to have him.

She is always willing to help and be apart of all activities. She is a great asset to Specter and ES and will do great things for KSI.

He went out of his way to give each person their own amount of time to tell him problems that they have so that he/we can fix them, he goes out of his way to get to as many meetings as possible (even non-mandatory). He has offered a great deal of mentorship to the leaders throughout this community and is very capable of putting himself into others' shoes to solve problems. He has been a voice of reason and encouragement throughout the division and has inspired many members to reach out to their fullest potential. He has encouraged even the most dismal of members to become active and of the leadership presence. She has spent many of her days dedicated to her game to make sure her squad is as great as it can be.

After taking over a squad (even though he dislikes bo3) he put his feelings about the game to the side and focused on the most important thing, his members. He has been more involved with his squad and his non ksi gamertag members. He tries to make activities fun yet effective and has been really stepping up with workshops and training. He has been working with his officer staff to maintain communication within the squad and to make sure we are staying active and recruiting as best as we can.
