Swagg has mentored me from the day I stepped foot in his squad just over a year ago and he was nothing but helpful to get me going in the right direction he's always there and from day 1 he trained me to fit every position I've held and even in those positions always showing me new ways of how things can be done I couldn't have asked for a better mentor

I can witness for LeTHaLVibes getting the Headhunter Award. When I first started up Headhunters in DL, this guy was only of only 3 at the tryouts ready to learn and make sure he did his bet in every match he played. He has always been very sporting in his matches and never receives poor feedback at the end of matches, he is a positive spirit who is always a joy to play with. Since him joining Headhunters back in the day, he has now transitioned into a leadership role within HH and is now the Captain of the HH Team. I recently got myself back on the team and am very proud with how he is running it. He has been searching for matches non stop, while still keeping the team interested and invested in the team. LeTHaLVibes is with out a doubt, one of my role models both in HH but also as a friend. He would be a perfect recipient of this award.

To all my KSI family I figure you all need to know that I have stepped down as your captain and back to a Sargent, I will admit at times it was stressful and I even thought about calling it quits but I loved you all enough to keep fighting and believe me some of you know I never keep my opinions to myself but my personal life has stepped in and called me back from you my second family and idk when I will be back so with this I say I love you all but I must go and I hope to see you soon. I will always be as MAD as a HATTER. But I will also always be KSI MadHatterH. Mad Max - Yes

Dropping my ability to vote Ascend definitely deserves this award for numerous reasons. The first is that he has overcome countless obstacles along his way in KSI. When Achilles split he became the Gen of the new squad, Hypnos. The split didn't go very smoothly so he was left with fluff and had a lot of work to do to get his squad on track. At the time barely anyone in the squad was recruiting and he had to step up and do almost all of it. as a gen he had plenty of other responsibilities to take care of. After lots of hard work he brought the squad back and it continued to grow. After Ascend became a co-founder his workload increased. He held multiple squad tags and was acting gen over at least 3 different squads and brought them back in numbers, he was running meetings for the squads and also for the division. In all of these situations he was stretched out super thin since he didn't have officers to help him out. In addition he was active duty in the military and was working like 4am to 5 pm, and then would get on xbox after work until at least midnight. Eventually Ascend became a founder and gained the responsibility of the recruit tag, and at times had a squad tag on top of that. Even when I could tell he was stressed and needed a break he pushed through it and kept working towards improving LW. In his time as a Co-div and Div leader he has had multiple squads hit by poaching, lost countless officers and a few generals. As someone who has gone through a lot of these situations I can tell you that there are times when all the bs makes you want to give up and Ascend is no different. He has pushed through it all and has become a great leader and valuable asset in KSI.

Would be cool to have 1 or 2 more descriptive witnesses.

^Create a separate award for the 101 Grads called "Graduate", instead of "Officer", (since passed the 201 is aptly called the "Graduate Leader" Award). Officer would then be award for members who have reached Squad Officer Rank (4Lt) and remained one (4Lt. to Gen.) for at least 3 weeks. Requires Co-Founder witness or higher. Self-nomination allowed.
