He is always there for his members whenever they need him. He gives outstanding advice to his members whenever they're having a difficult time with a situation. He is willing to help other squads whenever they're on a downfall or even just rising back from the dead. He is always there for anyone whenever they're having a difficult time in their personal life. Fatality is the only general that I've met that is actually willing to help another squad that's on it's downfall. He is doing an amazing job bringing Paladin back up there. She is always there for her squad no matter what. She does outstanding work. Poison is one of the best recruiters that I've ever met, she once recruited 13 people in a week. Over here in LW we have a recruiting tournament going on and this girl is doing amazing and is in 1st place with 26 recruits. Poison came over to Achilles with me to rebuild this squad. We're dealing with tons of fluff and inactivity, but her and I are gonna bring this squad back from the dead. She's always there for all the officer's no matter what. She's always there to help whenever a member has a question or has some confusion on what they need to do. I haven't known her long, but she is extremely outgoing and respectful to everyone.

I can count on him to address issues with members very quickly usually within a 24 hour basis. This guy is the epitome of reliable! He is focused on making sure everyone follows S.O.Ps all the way from Him to the newest recruit in LW. Proud of what he has done for LW. He has always been open to hosting multi-divisional gamenights. Focusing on making sure every member is having a fun and safe time in KSI. This guy knew that it would take alot of work but has been able to focus on the best decision for the division as a whole and has really been able to make sure each member is taken care of. Sometimes even staying up til the early morning in order to make sure each issue that comes up whether is big or small is dealt with. I have been very proud of his ability to make sure he is online everyday in order to answer questions that all the ranks below him have. He is also always asking me and Pantsir questions about how to be a better leader and do his job. They are on the brink of splitting and he has trained the officers to be able to step up in order to make sure the next squad is just as successful. I mean, i know that isnt exactly what it is all about but he has helped his squad grow to the number it is today. He has been able to make sure these recruits are trained and in meetings and gamenights in order to get the right feel for KSI. He is now a Captain and just recently was called DL member of the month by all of our division! Goes through hundreds of issues per day and is somehow able to handle all of this plus being able to help out MP. Any issue i bring to her or a staff member is handled quickly and with 100% accuracy. We may have had our differences but I do trust her when it comes to keeping KSI safe.

General: KSI xFatality7 / PALADIN LW General Link-http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/16503-xfatality-7/ Reasoning- By far one of the best Generals I have come to know in KSI, he has been able to bring back two squads in different divisions almost from the brink of failure back to their original glory. Fay is an amazing leader and a hell of a role model, he always has time to help out anyone in need of assistance. He makes everyone feel welcome and at home wether they are veteran members or new members. Besides all that he has continued to do one thing that I personally have never seen or heard of from any other officer and that is his referral program, if you are unable to afford to change your name he's willing to make a deal. If you get 10 referrals he will personally buy an Xbox live points card and send you the code. He has helped a ton of members be able to change their gamer tag and in the process open the door for some amazing officers with loads of potential. That is why I believe he deserves General OTM. His leadership capabilities are impeccable, what I think makes him stand out from any other 7 in general is that he doesn't let his rank/title go to his head and he treats everyone no matter what their rank with respect. She is always super friendly and kind and treats everyone with respect. She ran her squad as a captain and made gen and continued to bust her butt and made cofo. P.S if you haven't ever been to a muddy game night you are definitely missing out. LT: KSI POISON IVY / Achilles LW 1LT Link-http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/33586-ksi-poison-ivy/ Reasoning- where to begin, Ivy is probably hands down one of the best recruiters I know. Speaking of that I believe she has 20 right now in the recruit tournament for LW. She is kind and respectful to everyone. She helps out other squads the best she can when she goes out recruiting if they don't have the game that her squad is on.

When we have 4 or more teams that signed up, the tournament should still be allowed to continue. In the last two months we've only had a few team events actually go through. If we cut back the number of teams, we can get more involvement as time goes on because there will be less cancelled events which will boost activity and rep. Along with that, it would be amazing if we could get some more leaders participating. Everyone loves playing with 7s and because this is a chance to have some fun and meet new people and find out who other leaders are, it will create a better sense of community. It might be worth looking into bringing awards and prizes back. We could possibly come up with bigger events each month or every few months and advertise it in advance to get people pumped up for it and make it a more exciting thing. It would also give more incentive for people to sign up and give them something to work for and look forward to. T&E Outreach would also help get more people motivated and inform them of how it works. That would also help boost the amount of people signing up. In the divisions that have gotten the information and been reached out to have had increased amounts of activity within Weekend Warfare Events.

I had the great opportunity to play with Greg one night during February (Can't remember the exact day) and he came across as highly approachable and a fun guy to play with for a few hours, helping a bunch of lesser ranked members through a raid on Destiny, as he is the only Senior member I've trully managed to communicate with on an unofficial basis, I can't think of anyone I'd personally prefer to nominate. This man has done great things with FI since he stepped up to take Azrael's place as head of FI after his promotion to Director, just like Az he's more than happy to jump into parties and converse with lower ranking members to resolve issues or listen to idea's, and he's not adverse to running a few games with us either... When we manage to pry him away from his Xbox 1, that is. Reaper here, is a dedicated man, it's rare that I don't see him online, working with his fellow Ignite officers to keep Ignite running smoothly, or, pulling officers from other squads into parties with recruits, helping them get their orientation numbers up, this man is a machine, and not only that, but his tournaments are the business, having made 5 sergeants in the space of two weeks with these events, the second reason... It's cause his name is Reaper, my name is R3ap3r... Do the math. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI POISON IVY (4LT - Hypnos LW) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/33586-ksi-poison-ivy/ Reasoning why they deserve this - In the short time I've known Poison, she's been nothing but an inspiration to myself and others that I know that have met her, pulling in recruits for her squad (And the community as a whole) like a damn conveyor belt, the only time I've ever seen someone work that well, is KSI CandyKarma when she returned to KSI after a long hiatus, not only that, but Poison here offers an ear to any that need it, being understanding to those beneath her within her own squad, and those from elsewhere that just need to vent, and that's before mentioning her numerous game nights, I'm forever receiving invites from her, and it's refreshing to see other divisions pulling people into their games, even if it means a member of their own squad or division loses a place, I have nothing but respect for this member.
