Alright guys, here is how this is going to work. In a bid to better teach the community how to best ultilise the AAP system and everything we offer you, We will be hosting small workshops for you to sign up for and take. These will be offered in two different formats. Divisional Leader will be shown how to properly do the Divisional of The Months (DOTMs) and with that they will be shown Of the Months (OTMs) as well. So this workshop will be slightly longer than the next one. For all members they will be shown how to use and utilise the Of the Months (OTMs). How we will run these workshops A leader within your division I.E divisional leadership member or the head of a squad (General or next highest ranking officer) will sign up either a divisional leadership staff or a squad to participate in a workshop using the template below. The person that signs up will be responsible for organising members to attend. Myself or one of the Co-Head(s) will contact the member that signed the squad/ Leaders up and they will organise a time and a date that is convenient for both parties! Dependant on how many people sign their squads/ divisions up to these workshops depends on how many we will be able to complete each week. Please be patient while we contact you.
