They are amazing at their jobs and keep everyone in line. They make a lot of hard decisions that sometimes, I am grateful I don't have to make. The host plenty of game nights and help out with so much for the Octane community. They are easy to talk to and are becoming very close friends with me. I appreciate them a lot and I think they deserve this award! He is the one who recruited me and was the first person of KSI to be super nice to me. I enjoy playing with him and he is enjoyed by many others too. He has many great words of wisdom because he is a father. A lot of the times, I look up to him. I also like when he allows his son to play. KSI AtomicKwon also deserves this award because of the time and effort he puts into this team/family. I really appreciate him and I know others do to! He is also one of my good friends on Xbox 360 now. We play Minecraft all the time now! He is very nice to all members and in the community. He works hard to keep up the knowledge of all the information he needs to know as a LT. I appreciate him a lot. I hope he gets this award.

KSI Azrael 7 (Director ES/FI/DL) http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/386-ksi-azrael-7/ Azrael has been nothing but an inspiration to me since I joined, always willing to help guide the lower ranks and offer advice and assistance when requested. Not only this, but he's extremely easy to get along with, and is one of a small number of 7's I've had the great fortune to interact with. KSI POLARB34R (Gen Hypnos - LW) http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/31411-ksi-polarb34r/ POLARB34R is someone that I met recently, and, while he and I have become good friends in that time, I also see him as a well-deserved squad leader, always ready to help out any member in need, welcoming of anyone, yet still able to use his head to effectively control those under his command. Watching him work is one of the many reasons I strive to be the best I can be at my current position. Worrying about consequences and issues as and when they arise, and honing in on his gole, absolute perfection. He always has an answer ready for any questions we may have, even before we know we need to ask him about it, Unicron is most definitely one of the most active 7's I've seen and had the pleasure to spend time with.

Collector is always willing to listen to new ideas and implement them as long as it benefits the division. He stays in frequent contact with his fellow leaders and takes the time to ensure we are bringing out the best in ourselves. He spends pain staking hours on the forums, G14 and squad tags to make sure everything is in order. He is there when you need him always ready to share a laugh or two. KSI Green 7 (Co-Division Leader - Legendary Warriors) http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/21371-guru-green/ KSI Green 7 is a fantastic mentor. He is a KSI dictionary. Green is always ready to answer questions regarding SOP's, forums and pretty much everything else. Always brings humor to the conversation, however he keeps it professional when dealing with situations. He attends game nights and mentors everyone from PVT and up. Things are done before it is discussed with him. He has shown great leadership skills and is respected throughout the division. The high standard that is expected from his is always achieved. The vision he has for his squad is communicated clearly to his members and they follow his lead. Polar ear took that squad and has made it through many obstacles and continues to over come them. He allows his members to grow by allowing them to be themselves and mentors them with his superb knowledge of KSI. The activity in this squad has improved 10 fold through game nights, full meeting lobbies and encouraging recruiting. He might think i am on his case, But i know good leadership when i see it. KSI MUDDYGIRLXC (Captain - LW - Samurai) http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/30436-ksimuddygirlxc/ Muddy is an exceptional contributor to this division. She is always there to motivate and push Samurai further than they expected. the willingness to help her squad as well as other squads is an attribute members can look up to. She puts together our LW divisional game night ever week on time and continues to have ingenuity in selecting fun ways to promote activity. She is enthusiastic and clear about goals set for Samurai and the squad follows her lead. I can't wait to see her in a more define leadership position. KSI CLINTON - (Lieutenant - LW - Paladin http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/31662-clinton-porter/ I would like this member recognized for his diligent passion and loyalty to his squad. He attends every meeting, get together's and game nights. With the abandonment of the previous general Clinton continues to strive to work with fellow officers to get this squad back on it's feet. He attends all to the workshops to further his knowledge in KSI and always has something to add which show me that he pays attention. Before getting promoted he was always willing to shadow officers to make sure that when he was promoted he would do a fantastic job. He has a good knowledge base of the KSI SOP and enforces the KSI experience to fellow members.
