Collector is always willing to listen to new ideas and implement them as long as it benefits the division. He stays in frequent contact with his fellow leaders and takes the time to ensure we are bringing out the best in ourselves. He spends pain staking hours on the forums, G14 and squad tags to make sure everything is in order. He is there when you need him always ready to share a laugh or two. Green is always ready to answer questions regarding SOP's, forums and pretty much everything else. Always brings humor to the conversation, however he keeps it professional when dealing with situations. He attends game nights and mentors everyone from PVT and up. The vision he has for his squad is communicated clearly to his members and they follow his lead. Polar ear took that squad and has made it through many obstacles and continues to over come them. He allows his members to grow by allowing them to be themselves and mentors them with his superb knowledge of KSI. The activity in this squad has improved 10 fold through game nights, full meeting lobbies and encouraging recruiting. He might think i am on his case, But i know good leadership when i see it. She is always there to motivate and push Samurai further than they expected. the willingness to help her squad as well as other squads is an attribute members can look up to. She puts together our LW divisional game night ever week on time and continues to have ingenuity in selecting fun ways to promote activity. She is enthusiastic and clear about goals set for Samurai and the squad follows her lead. I can't wait to see her in a more define leadership position. KSI CLINTON - (Lieutenant - LW - Paladin http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/31662-clinton-porter/ I would like this member recognized for his diligent passion and loyalty to his squad. He attends every meeting, get together's and game nights. With the abandonment of the previous general Clinton continues to strive to work with fellow officers to get this squad back on it's feet. He attends all to the workshops to further his knowledge in KSI and always has something to add which show me that he pays attention. Before getting promoted he was always willing to shadow officers to make sure that when he was promoted he would do a fantastic job. He has a good knowledge base of the KSI SOP and enforces the KSI experience to fellow members.

He is there to defend members when needed and also there to make sure members do the right thing when they are not. He is by the book and helps bring structure to the already great leadership that KSI has in place. This member has had my back since day one. He has been there to correct me when I promote someone the wrong way, and he was there when I was promoted to Founder to tell me how great of a job I was doing. Much respect for KSI HAVOC 7. There is an old thing people would do before getting into a pool where you would dip your toe into it in order to test out the temperature and safety. Well Azrael was the type of leader that had no fear and dove head first into the pool of duties that he had to get done. He has been there for me when getting 3 generals set up with the proper things as well as been there to help me get another Co Founder set up. Whenever I need a squad tag/Access Denied he is there immediately and ready to provide the information. He is timely with his work and gets everything done. He has had to remove a couple members in order to rid the division of unneeded drama, while also building the core leadership in the division with workshops that help round out the leadership in LW. He has done this all with dedication and professionalism. Once I had the opportunity to promote another Co Founder, I knew it was going to be this guy. He was there for me whenever I needed hm, he dedicated himself to making sure he trained up the generals on everything they needed to know (s.o.p, forums, duties, rank structure, promotions, etc). He has always been the type of guy to make sure every option is covered and when making decisions for his squads he makes sure he takes every aspect into account before making a decision. He is quick to answer and if he doesnt know he will either find the answer or he will write your answer down and remember it for next time. He knows everything from rank structure to S.O.Ps for every rank through director. He makes sure that he studies any and all information in order to get a better grasp on how to do his job. He brought Apollo DL from roughly 35 members when I joined all the way to 60 members. For being a Destiny squad this was a huge accomplishment for that short amount of time. I am honored to have promoted him to Co Founder on the 20th on January and I look forward to seeing what he can do and if his name will be in my nominate of February CoFo of the month. Whenever i get online I usually get about 3 to 4 party invites from him. Whenever I am in his party, he is asking me questions about KSI or he is giving me ideas that he could use for his squad. He has helped provide leadership to the Headhunters team in DL along with setting up Bo2 events in order to help get the rest of his squad active and playing with each other. I don't think I have ever met a member that is more like the backbone of his squad than this guy is. He is respectful and kind to all members and always open to feedback that is given to him. He has the initiative and motivation to learn about KSI on his own and I appreciate everything he did to help DEATH DL split, and everything he will do in order to lead Death DL now. I also had the honor of promoting him to General in the month of January, keep up the good work buddy. He isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. When it comes to the every day recruiting and training in the squad, he is there to make sure it gets done and make sure it gets done right. He is quick to let you know of a mistake in a way that will help you not make it in the future and he always wants to make sure others around him are performing to the best of their ability. This guy has gotten the most trains in the entire division over the past 2 months with around 30-40 trains. He has helped establish Exorcist as a legitimate Xbox One squad and I know he will continue to work hard for the squad and members around him. I mean, that isnt his only job, but he is definitely good at it. Whenever a member is having a bad day or feeling down about themselves they try to hang out with DarkSide in order to feel better. This member is quick to make jokes to make members laugh and helps provide a fun environment when other things in KSI get stressful. He is fun to be around and somehow manages to play lacrosse, still get recruits, trains anyone he sees, play video games, go to school, and make people laugh all at the same time. He has the energy that most people envy and I am very proud to have him in my division. The sky is the limit for this guy.
