After going through officer training, he was determined to reach 4LT and he would always turn up to gamesnights, recruit new members and train recruits on time, also of course he would bring that very recognisable laugh along with him. Past his promotion to 4LT i have always loved to play with him and see him prosper in the brilliant squad that is Pride! As i went through officer training my bond with this member grew as he was always there if i needed help and would always help me when whenever he could. As i climbed the ranks, our bond became stronger and more closer to like brothers. I have loved seeing him grow as a person and climb all the way up to General, he throughly deserves this award and i look forward to seeing you transfer to Halo 5 in January, Mr Thompson! I havent known for an incredibly long time as a person but i always heard a lot about you as a fellow general of the division, all i ever heard was how amazing you are. Once I moved over to the Xbox One and had the chance to play with you and see what you really were like, the rumours were not wrong. Through thick and thin you have kept going, and perservering though whatever issues come about. I know that things can be hard, and sometimes we may not overcome these issues but you always knew how to climb that mountain and look over the mountain top to see the sunrsie for another day. I can only wish you the best of luck for the future, just always know that we all love you and are always here for you. No matter what. He has always been there for me since his arrival back from the armed forces call for duty. Upon arrival, he kicked ass by getting a ton of recruits within the time span easoof a month, and climbing the officer ranks fairly quickly. After skipping and prancing to Captain, he was recruitng like a mad train!! And it was inevitable that he was going to get GEN rank after a few promotions in the divison. He then helped me sore through officer training and past this point he has been my inspiriartion to continue and to succeed, i love this man to death and wish the best of luck for you. I am nominating this person not only as a director but also as a good friend, upon switching to the xbox one i felt like i could talk to this person, human to human and get across any troubles i had. He had clearly been doing a fantastic job as soon after he was then promoted up to the superb rank of Senior Director at which i can only assume he is doing an amazing job. His leadership and inspiring nature can be seen throughout his squad . He has the most extraordinary games-nights filled from start to finish with laughter . His management skills of the squad is also phenomenal. His squad knows what's happening when its happening and how its happening and they all work together as a single mind to achieve there goals , goals I set and they smash them and this is down to vermilion. a truly unique gent.
