    So KSIxScotland has been so much help to me, He came in with alot of show and popularity.. And he knew much because he sits and listen and learn from everything... He mentored me for many months and has got me through many things such as squad issues, and peronal KSI issues. He gave me a better insight of looking at anything. And he most defenitly has my respect and graditude. You go Scotty!

    I stepped away from KSI in 2011 and when I reappeared this Summer. Scotland was in contact with me from the moment I stepped in. He helped aid and knowledge me on the changes in KSI as well as refresh me to the system of how things work. I am now a sergeant in his squad and absolutely say he has mentored me in more than a few ways.

    i am witnessing for his mentor award: i can say without a shadow of a doubt that he has trained all officers that have passed personally, myself included, once at Staff Sergeant, again at 3-1 LT, and again at 4 Captain, he took me into a party, gave me the low-down of what to do, responsibility, and how to handle certain problems that might come up. he also gave me some ideals that i follow now. he deserves this award.
