General-KSI Kazekage DESOLATE LS General http://www.ksiforums.org/user/17584-shivahs-gyarados/ Reasoning why the deserve this - Kaze deserves this for many reasons, he does the things the general is supposed to do but he goes above and beyond with his position as the general; for example I go to other game nights and I see only a couple squad members their but when I go to his game night I see that his entire lobby is filled with members from the squad, he provides the most active squad I have ever seen another reason kaze deserves the award is because he educates his officers on how they can be the best they can be and succeed, kaze continues to put lots of effort to this so it can run and stay healthy.

General-KSI Kazekage DESOLATE LS General http://www.ksiforums...ivahs-gyarados/ Reasoning why he deserve this - Kazekage is a leader, simply put. He shows so much drive for what he does. Kaze always makes sure that new recruits, and even long term members, feel welcomed and like they belong. Everyone is eager to hear what he has to say at every squad meeting and game night. The amount of people from our squad that he brings is phenomenal. And every person that comes enjoys what he has to say. He is a very good candidate for this award and he really deserves it.

Founder Shivah 7 http://www.ksiforums...trainer-shivah/ I think she desirves this award because when i meet her she is always kind to me and others and KSI isnt about winning im my opinion its about being a family and she makes me seam like im in her family and i love how well she treats us like we are family

She is also extremely active in the individual squads and seems to genuinely care about every member. And she does it all while training an oversized team of Pokemon. He doesn't just keep things running smoothly either, he improves them as we go along. Proof of this is his recent institution of separate, optional meeting times for a few people in the UK that couldn't make the normal 8:00 ones. When he's not on Live, he's on the forums doing pretty much the exact same thing. He's also a very reliable Co-Captain of our headhunter's team, and I don't believe I've ever heard him speak negatively about other players before (which is more than I can say for myself). He's a valuable asset to KSI and a commendable person in general.

KSIxScotland- GEN- LS/ ECHO http://www.ksiforums.org/user/17241-shivahs-flareon reason- even back before the merge, I would hear from my then gen., "Scotland's doing this better than before, Scotland's doing this better than ive ever seen done" and hes proved that he has. even with his gen. dutys, he finds time to help us. he makes sure were active, he wants us to do great, he makes sure everything is going smoothly. but he mostly makes sure that our ideas are heard, our concerns voiced, our comments acknowledged. that is what makes him a good gen. KSI Wes- 4CPT- HD/OUTBREAK http://www.ksiforums.org/user/47-wes/ reason- he is on my friends list, and has sent me every single recruit he has gotten. he works his butt off getting more members, and from what ive heard, he wont stop for a while. KSI Exphia- 4LT- LS/ECHO http://www.ksiforums.org/user/17004-shivas-absol/ reason- he was behind me in rank, and never gave up, he never stopped recruiting. he got co-cpt. in head-hunters, and has used it well, and has kept it going. he is determined to keep going as high as he can.

I see her as a huge influence in LS. She's very involved with her members and tries to assist them as best as possible. She sometimes even stays all night being involved with her members. I cant see any better candidate than her. He has been constantly involved with other members and recruiting his butt off. He overall tries to better the squad and improve it. He is an overall positive influence to the squad and is very deserving of this award. He is an overall friendly guy who is easy to get along with. He helps people with issues to the best of his abilities and I cant think of anyone better in this area for this award. He did the Forums and KSI such a great service with his skills in signature making. He did so many sigs this month that he exceeded his monthly limit on photobucket. He also has taught me how to use photoshop and showed me some pointers. I think he is deserving of such award because he is a hard worker and its not very easy to do such things in GFX.

In my eyes that's what makes a great captain.
