Name: KSI RUBBERDUCKY, JUDGEMENT DR Link to Forums Account: http://www.ksiforums.org/user/20743-ksi-rubberducky/ Award-/-Achievement: Member Assistance, Outstanding Service Lv.1 Reason-/-Evidence: Ducky was a transfer member from Elysium and he is currently my most active officer because the other Captain is on absence, but because he cares and shows so much passion for helping me run this squad he has helped every member so far and helped me everyday with both trains and recruits he has done more than enough to deserve these awards and he is one of the most amazing members I've seen since my time here.

Basically Pinky has done al lot for TW even while sworn and terrors was gone on vacation she took her time and helped out every squad with madball being the only other cofo to help as much as he could but other than that she has mentored me a lot of times, she sat there and listened to me and helped me better myself in some area's but i believe she goes above and beyond for TW she does games nights when she can, she helps everyone she can, trains us higher ranks to be better leaders, and mentors who she can and more, she even loves everyone like a family even if they are not really her family

Pinky has been outstanding and instrumental here in TW ever since she became a SGT she has been trying to improve this Division. She constantly keeps everyone informed of everything even when she happens to be out or away from home. Her dedication to KSI and TW is outstanding she has helped so much with the merging of squads and reorganization of TW. Her dedication even shows in web ops, she belongs to many of the groups there such where she continues to try to better KSI as a whole with her ideas and motivation. While I was on vacation pink really stepped it up making sure that in my absence TW still ran as smooth as possible, her insight even lead to the implementation of a few new programs around here in the Div.

Most definitely a yes from me, i thought i witnessed

I would like to witness for Pinky 7, she first caught my attention as a gen by sending out messages and staying informed with other generals constantly. She was promoted to COFO and has taken the job of running the game nights, trainings, and plus she has been attending the meetings for training with her leadership to be a better leader on top of all her other duties. When she got promoted to Founder I thought well she is going to be a while learning this positing but she done very well with it. She also is in many projects on the forums, and leads the charge in recruiting week after week in TW. I am proud of how many positive messages she sends out that are above and beyond the call of her job. This is by far one of the hardest working KSI reps we have, and I'm proud she is stepping up.

I think something for the forum teams to do this year will be nice.

I'm witnessing for her because she deserves it. She has on multiple times been there and helped those who she has trained with any questions or anything else that they may need. On a few occasions she has helped me personally with whatever I needed no matter what she was doing or the time of day, and I've seen her go out of her way to help set up game nights n such with her squad. Keep up the good work

Member Assistance: I am waiving my vote to witness for MA. I'm in charge of TW's Training Committee and MA is the chosen member for Trocity, TW. I have seen her countless times helping other squads out by training their RCT's for them because they're unable to get on for some reason. I've also witnessed her take over game nights for fellow officers who have had to council. She has come to me with questions that another member has & she didn't have the answer so she's helped them figure out the answer. She most definitely has earned this award.
