KSI PINKY 7 TW FOUNDER, www.ksiforums.org/pinkie pie/ Silver outstanding service lvl 2 I am witnessing for KSI PINKY 7, she is a outstanding, active and caring ksi member, she has come along way in TW, I have witnessed her here on the forums everyday talking to her great division TW keeping everybody informed in everyday events and week events going on and she tells everyone in the entire ksi from TW to DM to WI, she never leaves another ksi member behind In anything in gamenights, Weekend warfare, Twitch and meetings, even when she is nt on xbox she does her best from forums and xbox smart glass to always help out, she has great spirit, dedication to ksi and encourages and lifts the spirit in all of us in ksi even when one member is feeling down she brings them back and happier then ever, even if the gamenights is in another division she goes there and supports them all even in my division of WI, she is every where in ksi, I couldn't be more happy with her in ksi she is a great hard worker and I look forward to seeing her as a amazing and incredible leader in the future with her knowledge, strength, and great kindness that would keep us all together as the great ksi family we are.

I have witnessed KSI Rubberducky be an extremely dedicated KSI member who is always doing his best to help other members with any problems they may have reaching out to various branches of the community until the problem is resolved. He has also kept to his duty as a captain constantly looking for recruits and encouraging members to show KSI pride. In all the time have known KSI Rubberducky he has been an exemplary member and inspired me to soon go through the process of changing my gt so i may some day be an officer of this KSI community as well

Havoc is my Mentor and has always been there to help members through tough decisions in KSI and always willing to listen to personal issues about life and lend words of encouragement . After the split she took the reigns immediately and has come into her own rather quickly. Smokiey is doing a great job and working hard to further DM as a whole and her squad. She has taken on the role of many, where she is needed she fills in. He has helped with furthering his squad's success and has become a key component to his squad. He is always willing to fill in where needed and has taken on the role of training officer, as well as Captain of the Swat team for Lethal as well. FadeZ is doing well for himself in DM and look forward to seeing him advance in the ranks in the future. Taking on the role of Promoting officer for his squad. He tries to get to know everyone in the squad and puts his whole self into the job. He genuinely cares about the success of Lethal and has high and strong aspirations for his squad and DM as a whole.

Her post count, activity within posting to her division chat, and many conversations all back this statement up. She is incredibly helpful. She has helped me with particular AAP questions and has proven to me that it's possible to be that great of a person that she is. Her conversations that take place within the shoutbox and in her divisional chat all reflect her kind and caring compassion she has for any KSI member, even a mere sergeant as I was back a week or so ago. That is only her personality. However, her actions are a direct reflection of her personality. She runs monthly divisional workshops and lays down the law in a very respectful way for those who don't comply. She has high expectations from her members to attend game nights of which she sets up and encourages others to join. She communicates across on an ALL squad level which is a rarity for someone to be so dedicated to do. She makes sure that everyone in her division is well trained and knows what they are doing by personally training them herself. Pinky responds to all AAP nominations with lightening speed and complete accuracy. Just from the forums, it is completely obvious that she juggles all her responsibilities very well proven by her activity in all areas alone. I've personally heard of her endeavours of always trying to make TW a better place because she truly does care. You know you see Pinky whenever you read something encouraging, helpful, and kind.

I have needed information on lots of different topics and pinky has been there to answer them for me. She has also helped me out in several areas of my KSI career. She not only lives for KSI to make it better but also wants to help individual members reach their potential. so yes I think she really deserves this award. thank you for your time and mad respects to pinky keep it up girl you make a difference with every member you come in contact with.
