She also goes around to each squad in TW to make sure that we are all having fun and personally checks to see if each member is properly trained an makes sure that they know who to go to if they need help, if any member has any doubt at all she makes herself available to anyone for help or guidance no matter how small or big the problem is. Always there and willing to help each of her members with guidance or to talk to, making sure that they are happy and have a good time and makes sure that they don't go astray. Not only does she deserve it but she has earned it she has stuck through the toughest of times and just kept going like a true well taught leader.
