Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI xSTATICx 7 Link to forums account : http://www.ksiforums.org/user/8889-ksi-xstaticx-7/ Reasoning why the deserve this - This guy was trained by me personally. he knows what he's doing to the nth degree. he is in charge of our training department such as PVT, cPL, and SGT training because he knows what he is doing and goes beyond what he is supposed to as a founder. yeah, he has th e recruit tag but he also mentors others inside of the division to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to to makje the division work . He's been such a success in FG i appointed him head of general oversight and trainign for FG which i consider the most important department in FG at this time. He goes beyond what he is supposed to as a cofounder. if i could i'd let this guy take my place and have no second thoughts about it. this guy truly is an example of what a KSI member is supposed to be. Powers has been an essential role in FG and has gone beyond his duty as a general and is basically being a mentor to more people than just his squad. since he has taken on general of Cronus, he has built up the squad to be a powerhouse in our division. he filled the squad tag in two months and just split his squad. he has more potential officers than what he knows to do with. this guy has been more than a success since his return in KSI and return as a general. whenever we need a potential general trained, we always send him or her to powers to start their training process and if he gives an A okay on them, we continue the process. So powers definitely desereves this award more than any other general i have ever met.

He has shown the dedication and I truly look up to that. He has definitely made my transfer from UNDEAD to REAPERS a great one. I respect him truly! he has been very supporting of my decision and has helped me to better myself in ksi. He has helped keep this squad stable he has helped the general when he needed someone to trust and he definitely is the guy to trust. he has shown what a true leader is and I wish to be able to do as greatly as he does now. I want to keep learning throughout ksi on what to do and how to do it right with actions and oppinions and I know by seeing how he does that I will soon be able to make and voice my own opinions when they are truly needed! He has motivated me to keep on pushing and has gave me a reason to stay in ksi. i respect him so much for all he has done to make sure he could help me when I needed help in the areas I was weak. he has shown me my true potential so that i can be the best to my ability! BMP has done everything to keep this squad up on its feet and never let it fall. we have gotten so many new amazing members who are truly for ksi which is great! I look u to what he has done and see something great to come out in the future.

Him along with KSI EllisD have gotten a squad that was sitting down at 25 up to 50 in a month and a half and has been working for some of that time as the only officer in Reapers and doing his job and more. He is a great guy that knows his stuff and isn't afraid to go out there and talk to people. I'm in a party with him most nights after everyone else goes to bed while I'm waiting on my General to get on and just talk about whats going on in DL. Great guy to get to know and some one that has more then earned his current rank and will be a good general. GENERAL Gamertag (rank/division/squad)- KSI VALI. WARLORD DL GEN. Link to forums account: http://www.ksiforums.org/user/15489-ksi-vali/ Reasoning why they deserve this - He came into Warlord as a transfer from another division and took over for KSI Southern 7 when he got promoted to COFO. He had to get used to the ways of how we ran things in Warlord and still keep the squad running and he has done just that. Good guy that loves to go and joke around with and just have fun which is something that is good to have in someone that rank. He has kept this squad running even with all the issues we have had to deal with since he became Gen over us and we are now close to a split and thanks to his leadership we have made it this far even with changes that have happened within the squad. Link to forums account: http://www.ksiforums.org/user/11809-ksi-southern-7/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Since becoming COFO back in January, Southern has had to do the job of a co founder and more due to the fact that the other COFO in DL wasn't able to be on much due to moving so southern was having to do the job of a Founder pretty much but he has done it and has helped this division stay strong and where it is now. He was my general before he became a COFO and he is always willing to joke around with people and just have fun. He'll join you in any game that he has and is just a great person to be around and to get to know.
