I XxEEEmurkersxX bear witness to KSI MADBALL13's attributes as a mentor. I am new to ksi and i was very impressed by the conduct of madball13 in meetings and on the virtual battlefield. In my opinion he is an excellent general and mentor. His leadership skills and helpful information is appreciated by myself and my fellow members of ksi trocity!

Madball is a great leader who inspires this whole squad.he takes the time to have fun with us during gamenights but also teaches us all the things we should know every week in our meetings.he is very detailed and always open for discussion.there is never an unanswered question or concern.i love attending his weekly meetings because i always learn something new.thank you madball and you deserve this award as everyones mentor from trocity.

What can i say about Madball ? What do I have to say about him being my mentor ? Well I could start by saying that no matter how busy is life and schedule can be, I always found ear to tlak to, no matter if I were the member or the man wishing to talk to him. He's in large part the reason I became an officer in KSI, and he's the reason I am not only the officer I am now, but the General I am too. No matter, if I am now in Killjoy or not, I can still find the same ear to listen to my issue or just to my life. And I can still get the same help and tricks as how to become a better helping hand for my members and friends in KSI. He showed me how to be a great captain and supported me on the task. Guided me on how to make workshop work and how to make sure I follow every required details when undergoing one. He's the man that thought me how to fulfill every task as a captain, but also several of the tasks a General must attend. Sometimes out of necessity, sometimes simply because I either was asking about it, and damn do I ask a lot of questions, and sometimes only because he felt like I should know about it. He never proposed to mentor me nor did I ask him, but it felt natural with all are talking and all the help ad time he offered me that I considered him my mentor. And so I added it to my in-game bio, he eventually saw it, but I never changed my mind on that decision, even when I left the Trocity squad and assumed a higher position in Killjoy to help make this squad much better as I was thought to do in Trocity mainly by Madball.
