Reasoning why they deserve this – This member deserves this plus much more. Acid is one of those extraordinary leaders that you hope to have the honor of working and talking with. This member is the embodiment of KSI and exudes that onto all of his members with in his division thus making them strive to be their very best in every situation. With the amount of responsibility that comes with this members rank, Acid still finds/makes time to game with or at a minimum, chat with any and all of his members within his division. This type of leadership is one of the most effective ways to not only keep members going strong but also to encourage growth within the division. Acid brings something that not only strengthens the division but is also a fair and just leader. Every choice and action he makes is done with the division in mind 100% of the time. Acid is apart of the IA staff. This position is a valued asset to our division and to KSI as a whole by intercepting/researching any potential security threats with professionalism and seriousness that is required to ensure the safety of all members of KSI are safe from external threats. All of his efforts as an IA staff member allow all members of KSI to do exactly what we love to do, which is to have fun. This individual is very deserving of this award as well as many other awards. His continued and unwavering dedication to his division and the community is a benchmark for all current and future leaders to aspire to emulate.

I can witness for both awards. He has done an amazing job since his debut it KSI. I am always hearing great things about him on top of what I've seen. He has the drive to take impulse tw to the best squad. He works day in and day out. On top of his activity in impulse he has told me and many others that they can go to him of they need anything. He is apart of the TW training committee that I head up and he is always on top of things. To put the cherry on top his game nights are amazing and I hate ghosts except when I play with Ni9ghthawk. Keep up the great work bro. You are an amazing leader traits in a person that aren't found often

As a general he is always looking for new ways to improve the squad, in anyway, if that means new ways to get the squad motivated and anything he can do. He handles all problems in the best manner, no matter what the situation is he fixes the situation or helps other people out fix their situation. He is always there for anyone that needs any help with anything even if they are questions, commits, concerns, or just want to talk. Smooth also knows all the different personality in his squad, if a member needs someone to game with or do anything with he is able to find some people in the squad that make a good match and they always play some game at least every other day. Smooth also has helped many people as a general become what kind of leader they are today. He gives everyone the knowledge they need to know if they want to know it. He has patience with everyone so they do make the right choices later down the road when they move up the ranks. Also he has led his squad, Velocity to a soon squad split. Velocity has been in a lot of rough patches through its history but Smooth has went so far with this squad in order for it to achieve what it has today. So in other words this is why KSI Its Smooth deserves this award for the hard work he puts in and always finding new ways to improve KSI even in the littlest parts.
