He takes his job very seriously & makes sure situations are resolved. He has gone above & beyond to help me with a problem I brought him. He is always trying to learn more & grow as a leader & friend. He is a wonderful example of leadership. in our KSI family. He's full of love & always makes things fun. He always makes us all laugh, even when we're dealing with serious issues. He is always willing to stop whatever he's doing to offer advice or lend an ear. He doesn't judge & he's not pushy. He just has this personality that makes you want to be better. He sets a wonderful example to each and every member. He goes out of his way to help people and takes pride in the job he does. He is a wonderful mentor to me & many people. He answers any questions I have night or day. If he doesn't have the answer, he finds it. He even comes to game nights in TW to show his support. He is an extremely mature leader, but always eager to learn more. He's always willing to take time out from his busy schedule to help anyone who needs it. He is very careful to think things through before he reacts. He sets the bar very high as far as examples of great leaders go. Members couldn't have a better mentor & div leader than Cannibal is. He is always looking to grow & improve and always there to offer advice when needed. If someone has a complaint, he does his best to handle it. He is doing a great job in TW without having a Div leader in place. He's done a great job handling both his duties and the duties of a Div leader. He is active with the members as well, even with his busy work/school schedule. He puts so much time into helping members better themselves. He is a very fair leader. If he disagrees with you, he is always willing to listen to your side before making a final decision or recommendation. He is all over watching the RCT tag daily and he's always showing up to game nights for all the different squads. He always praises members for jobs well done & gives them a pep talk if they're feeling down or upset. He is always willing to do whatever he can to help and solve problems no matter who or what the problem is. He is extremely smart & fair so he always takes him time thinking things through before he gives an answer. He hangs out with his squads & has fun & does a wonderful job keeping them in line. He works with the officers below him constantly helping them grow and learn. He puts a lot of time & energy into everything he does and never gives himself enough credit. He gives amazing advice and is willing to give it to anyone & he's always very honest about it. He is a wonderful leader. He immediately jumped right in and took charge. He started hosting several game nights a week, getting other officers to begin hosting game nights again, started recruiting & getting others to recruit again as well. He jumped on helping people fix their mottos, bios, settings and showed them the forums. Right away started hosting workshops and posts on the forums all the time in several different sections, not just his own squad. Trooper is a shining star and I have no doubts that he will have Killjoy ready to split in no time. He is constantly doing something to try to improve his squad & even other squads around him. He is constantly recruiting, always hosting game nights, always posting on the forums in the div chat, as well as every squad chat, the shoutbox and other sections. He always ensures that his game nights are full of fun. He never allows people to get out of control. He goes above and beyond his duties. He has turned an inactive squad into an active one in a very short amount of time. He also shows up to other squad game nights weekly & even runs game nights & shows up to others when he's sick & doesn't complain. He puts so much of himself into absolutely everything he does, he always looks to improve himself & his knowledge, he comes to me with questions on different situations all the time for learning more or just to make sure he's handling things properly. I am excited to see how far this guy will go & I know he is a tremendous asset to KSI. He does an amazing job at keeping up & increasing activity. He was just promoted to 4CP because of all his hard work he puts in. He is hanging out with his members every single day, sending invites to his squad every day doing everything he can to help out with activity. I have watched as he has handled problems and helped people and he always does a wonderful job. He is always careful to follow chain of command and the rules. He does a wonderful job in the AAP section watching all the nominations and amazing work with all the wonderful knowledge he shares with his posts he writes. He is great at updating information and you can find him in the shoutbox most of the time & always willing to help. Member Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI CaRmEnIa, 2CP, TW, Killjoy Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/17772-carmenia/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Carmenia deserves this because she is dealing with so much in her personal life & working 3 jobs & taking care of her ill grandmother, but she still spends lots of time on the forums & on kik chatting with her squad members, she still hosts game nights, she shows up to game nights & even attends game nights for other squads. It is very obvious to everyone that she loves her squad & every member she comes in contact with. She always takes time out of her day to help others with issues, even people from other divisions. If she's unable to help them she brings in someone who can. She is an outstanding member & an amazing example of awesomeness. She is going to be such an amazing general when she's able to put the time into it & I am so excited to see how far she goes.
