Mentor: while this person has not mentored me I have seen him mentor some very successful members in DR today. Ill let witnesses speak for him. Outstanding Service LV1: this member came into Valkyrie DR when we had just lost the GEN anf most active officers. While I was his cofounder he stepped up above and beyond to help the hurting squad. He started recruiting and promoting activity untill getting officer and worked into becoming the Gen of the squad. Since then he has built the squad up and split it successfully. Saving a squad and continuing the Legacy has established that he is very dedicated and driven member ill let witnesses speak but he has my vote.

I am able to witness for all awards he is nominated for. TRAINER AWARD ; Destined 7 has trained at least 45 members. MENTOR AWARD ; Destined 7 is and has been a mentor to many if not most of the Valkyrie and now Sacrifice squads. OUTSTANDING SEVICE AWARD ; The great thing about Destined is he the strongest and most dedicated person I know. The higher ups were about to merge Valkyrie into another squad, and he never gave up on Valkyrie. He fought to be General since he was the only officer constantly active and doing his duty; not to mention having lost our General at that time. Destined has brought Valkyrie back from the dead and now bringing Sacrifice back too by splitting Valkyrie into Sacrifice. He has done sooo much for KSI and got so many members to stay active, not to mention all the activities he has put together for the squad, I think it's time he should be recognized for his hard work and dedication. I would like to witness to this award. KSI ItS SmOoTh has been orientating from the moment he became a LT. He has always on top of his game and rank duties, even throughout all of his promotions to CPT and Gen. He takes a deep interest in all of his members and trains them to be the best of the best. He has definitely completed all of the 30+ orientations , so he definitely deserves this award

His commitment to training all new members on ranks and responsibility within KSI, truly displays his dedication to ensure all members have the basic KSI knowledge, forum site setup, weekend warfare site setup and squad knowledge.

Witness for KSI DESTINED 7 Trainer: I have witnessed KSI DESTINED 7 train several members. Mentor: KSI DESTINED 7 has mentored me and several others. When I was recruited into KSI, my recruiter had no knowledge of KSI. Thanks to Destined, I now know a lot more about KSI, and becoming a great leader. Destined continues to be my mentor as I am the new GEN of Sacrifice. Outstanding Service LV1: I have known Destined for several months. In those months I have watched Valkyrie go from a squad with over 20 inactive members to a fully active squad. I've watched the squad split. I know if it wasn't for Destined, it wouldn't have been where it is now. He chose the people he felt could assist in the success of Valkyrie as his officers. He not only saved Valkyrie, but Sacrifice, by splitting off into Sacrifice. He not only helped these squads succeed, but he helped people succeed. I am Gen of Sacrifice. I never saw myself going higher than LT, but because Destined guided me, and showed me how to be a Gen, I now have faith that I will do just as good as he did. I can't say I can do better, because I do believe he has done the best anyone can do. I know several Gens in KSI, from different divisions as well. Destined has done more with his squad than I see any other Gen do thus far. He has helped people in several ways; name changes, gold memberships, he even gifted me a headset when I was in need of one. He went above and beyond in his service in KSI. And for that, Destined is more than deserving of all three of these awards.

WITNESSING Trainer: I have witnessed KSI DESTINED 7 train several members Mentor: This member has personally mentored me, I highly look up to him, this is my first time being in a gaming community and I came in with no knowledge of it, KSI DESTINED 7 has changed that, because of him this is a wonderful and unforgettable experience, and because of his guidance and hard work and teaching I am now a general. Outstanding Service LV1: This member is an outstanding leader, he has been extremely active with everyone in our squad which is Valkyrie, when i came in I heard that the squad was goin downhill, because of him this squad has come up 100 percent and we ended up splitting after 3 months of me being in it. He was the glue of Valkyrie that kept it together and thriving, and because of him I became general of Valkyrie and he became CO FO he is a great leader and teacher and I highly look up to him and see great things coming for DR.

I can witness for all 3 awards he is up for. TRAINER AWARD ; he as trained 47 recuits in DR. MENTOR AWARD ; this member as mentor some members in DR. OUTSTANDING SEVICE AWARD ; this member step up when the squad he was GEN . They was about to close the squad down and he step up and wanted the GEN spot for the squad and split it and became a Co-Founder in DR. I'M WITNESSING FOR THIS MEMBER.

What it takes in my eyes to achieve Most Outstanding - A person who defines what it means to go above and beyond their general scope of responsibilities in which ever rank they hold, to not only effect an area of KSI, but the community as a whole. When I reflect on the time I've been lucky to watch Impy grow as a leader, I can't say I'm surprised that we are here now witnessing for this award. From day one, Impy came in like a wrecking ball smashing the expectations of what leaders SHOULD be and proving what a leader is. He first caught my eye in LS, where he was setting fire to the training processes, lighting people up and getting them excited not only about learning what KSI was all about but their personal potential. Impy was starting a rough year of college, and decided to take a break from KSI to find a good rhythm during that transition in school and social life. Respectable. When Impy returned a few months later, he was re-recruited into GZ and quickly again proved himself as a top notch trainer, recruiter, and motivator. I won't repeat the story that you've heard above, but yes... Impy overcame so many obstacles where weak people would have crumbled. Instead he rose to every challenge, as if it were merely a bump in the road, not the gaping sink hole it could have been. Fast Forward... When Impy was promoted to Director, it was evident that he had become a staple within the leadership of this community. It wasn't long before he was not only directing his divisions, but had become the "go to" guy for the other Directors so they wouldn't have to deal with me. (*snicker*) It was at this time that I noticed the natural order had fallen into place, where a leader such as Impy was looked at as the elite within the group of Directors. This is the part that not only makes my job easy, but makes witnessing for this award even easier. How can you deny that a person who holds the same rank and responsibilities as others, but is seen by them as more, isn't the most outstanding at what they do? I refer to my opening statement, Impy is what it means to be most outstanding and it has been a pleasure (and sometimes a pain my butt lol) to watch him grow and evolve into such an awesome and integral part of KSI's leadership.

Division Leader KSI DoCNeSS 7 (Rank - Division/Squad) - Division Leader FI Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/2253-ksidocness7/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Doc has been a great leader Always keeps every squad informed on whatís going on within the KSI community. After a complete re-structuring of ALL officer staff in FI, Doc has been able to assemble an OUTSTANDING group of officers that share a common goal. He has trained 4 COFOs, 1 Founder and 1 CODIV leader personally. This member is the Lead member and controller of the Official KSI FI YouTube channel/fi productions. This is a way for his members to participate in competitive games/tournaments and potentially see themselves and their fellow KSI members on YouTube for everyone, friends, family and the rest of the world. Doc is a stellar leader but also a very motivating individual, who truly enjoys to give an encouraging word(s) to members. He constantly games with everyone he comes across. He treats every individual with the respect they deserve, he is very informative and always willing to share his knowledge about the history of KSI. He takes a very personal approach to when it comes to security threats and IA issues. He expertly dealt with several intricate security issues, to include poaching, embedded blacklisted members and threats of the division being hacked, thus assisting the IA department in anything he can. Doc personifies the essence of teamwork by not only managing his own division but also lending a helping hand to other div with assorted issues, some of which, required the reprimand of members. Doc is also very willing and really enjoys to motivate other members in different divisions. Doc created FIís Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) thread to include an original creation of the training program, which covers everything from recruiting, mitigating issues to KSI policies and procedures. It is divided into CPL-SSGT training vs. Officer training. Generals are personally groomed by 7s, all under Docís tutelage and mentorship. He is the CODIV in FI and he has held the infamous rank of MAJOR during his tenure here in KSI. Even with his busy position, he seems always willing to assist any members with their questions and also educate them on any and all KSI related topics. As an IA liaison, Acid has conducted 4 major investigations of Clan IR, OKG, and LOvE clan, just to name a few. Acid is also great at keeping members informed about current security threats and what these gamers are capable of and ultimately how to avoid these risky personnel. He takes a personal approach to mentoring will members on how to protect themselves and their squads against all those who would wish to do harm to KSI Global members, thus allowing members to enjoy gaming. Acid truly enjoys IA security. His motivation to FIs security/safety is unparalleled and his commitment towards his memberís safety and enjoyment of gaming is what drives this man in his pursuant of excellence. Acid, and the rest of the FIís 7, currently manages 371 members. He has continued to recruit and orientate new members since he has been in KSI. He has held 15 or so Training lobbies, over 20 orientations. She has helped keep many squads active and afloat. Oracle is a great Founder for which allows her a unique insight within FI. She has also helped our tourney and events within FI, by not only hosting but also as a judge for events conducted within FI. Oracle is solely responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the KSI FI Recruit tag, which is the starting point for all recruits as their KSI journey begins. Oracle takes a personal interest in everyone within FI. She has mentored, on or off paper, many members on how to grow as a leader and potentially be a great KSI member. She has been the acting Gen of three squads while maintaining here Founder position and responsibilities. She is the one that has spent plenty of personal time and money to host CPL challenges, to assist many CPL's from all over FI, for the opportunity to compete to change their gamer tag to reflect KSI. Her efforts have resulted in 30 name changes through CPL challenges. She is constantly working towards mentoring all those who are willing to be that next Founder of FI. Her knowledge of KSI and as a leader is one of the reasons why she is very deserving of this award. Oracle is a great leader and should be recognized for her great contributions to KSI. Co-Founder KSI SHINOBI 7 (Rank - Division/Squad) - CO Founder FI Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/7889-ksi-shinobi-7/ Reasoning why they deserve this - This member has put in a lot of work over the past year, he is always up for game nights and has defused quite a few situations in his KSI career. Shinobi was recently promoted to the COFO position as well as being an active General over a few squads, while still providing guidance and mentorship to the would-be GENs in an effort to groom them to be able to not only run a squad but also to motivate its members and promote squad growth. Shinobi has proven himself, time and time again, thus making him the perfect choice to become one of FIs newest COFOs. He has flawlessly managed 4 squads and is the acting General of one of those squads, while training the next General to take over that squad. He is always available to take on new challenges and to push the members of his squads to achieve their absolute best. He is very much known for his laidback demeanor and his highly infectious laugh. These characteristics are some of what makes Shinobi so easy to approach. He has played a major role in assisting the multi-platform transition with in FI. This individual is consistently available for all of his members within FI to answer and assist them with questions, concerns and help. He has a very unique way of challenging and motivating his squad to be the best they can possibly be. As the CPT of his HH team, he assembled a formidable team that has gone undefeated during his tenure with a 5-0 HH team record that is still undefeated. This member is a very hard working yet fair and understanding. He put his squad before his personal thoughts. He stepped up as CPT and set up all of the meeting lobbies, to include SGT workshops, HH team practices, etc. Every new member that joined his squad, Smooth made it his personal mission to get them involved in forum activities and set them up with a forum account, weekend warfare. He was a sole trainer of all of his LTís on their jobs, duties and techniques they will and have used in order to keep and maintain an active squad. His skills have enabled LTís and the lower ranks to have confidence in themselves and to make the squad that much better. Amongst his duties, Smooth has recruited 8 recruits, 24 orientations, 3 referrals. He is also a mentor to 2 squad members, one is a CPT and the other is an LT. It takes a special kind of individual to be in charge of and lead the most competitive squad in FI. Smooth is very much worthy of this prestigeís award. LT KSI Eagle Snipr (Rank - Division/Squad) - FI/ Intake Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums...niper-unit-715/ Reason why they deserve this - This member has shown that he deserves but is also very much qualified for this honorable award. KSI Eagle Snipr is an exceptional member of KSI and an outstanding Intake Officer. Since his arrival to Intake, as a Staff Sergeant, he hit the ground running and has not looked back since. He quickly rose to the top with in the squad. When KSI Eagle Snipr was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, the atmosphere within the squad was inundated with his optimism and drive by this memberís unrelenting drive to make his squad the best, not only in Forced Induction (FI) but in KSI as a whole by creating Zombie Head Hunters (HH) Team on BO2. He was the sole source for getting that team up and running while networking with several members in FIís UK squads. His tireless dedication to his KSI duty is evident in his consistent messages regarding the Zombie HH teams as well as the adaptation of a Zombie HH team chat on the FIís forums page. This member is currently on an extended Leave of Absence while serving as a United States Army Officer and is overseas, in harmís way. While on Rest and Relaxation, he has managed to not only attend multiple squad meetings, Head Hunters tryouts (where he became the co-captain), as well as playing a vital role in assisting his General with a 100% attainment of what platform, Ghosts all members of Intake are going within a few short days of the request from his entire chain of command which helped showed a full picture of his squads intent. KSI Eagle Snipr is a sought after member not only from his junior officers but also from his entire squad and full chain of command for his diligence and steadfastness to the job and mission at hand. His knowledge of policy and the code of conduct is unmatched by any officer in his peer group. His background as an Army Officer makes this member a very formable yet very approachable leader, which is a unique quality for a young Intake Officer to poses. With these, among his other vast qualities, makes this Captain a force to be reckoned with now and in the future. KSI Eagle Sniper is most deserving on the KSI of the Year Award as a Lieutenant for his stellar performance in and outside of the KSI community. This member should be emulated as well as respected for his outstanding service and ultimate dedication to KSI. He is most deserving of the Of the Year Award as a Lieutenant. Bear is not your normal SGT. He is a solid member of KSI. Bear has been one of, if not the most ACTIVE SGT on the forums. His knowledge transcends those in his peer group. This a truly dedicated member of KSI. KSI Bear is an avid and sought-after member of Intake. He always sending informative/security/recruiting messages out to all friends and squad mates with the intent on expounding upon their knowledge of all things KSI. He is a member who is worth of and operating as an officer but is very much content with remaining a SGT for the time being. This does not stop him from bringing and training all members of KSI who are willing to listen and learn. Bear has a personality that suits not only the way he teaches and mentors members but also in the way that he includes any and all members into any KSI process. He is a solid member of Intake. He is one of the only members in Intake that is more consistent and active on the forums than many of the officers within FI. As his General, I have the utmost respect for this member. If I have any questions, concerns or if I need his assistance with just about any matter, I know that with a some sarcasm, between the two of us, the topic at hand/in question will be resolved promptly and efficiently. This member deserves this award more than any other member in FI.

It is also more than just a few friends. KSI is her passion, she makes you feel like, well, that this is her “baby†and she is the Mother that takes care of it all. I feel blessed that she is here, but more than anything I am blessed that she is a great mentor to me and all of KSI and the community. Jess I look forward to the future with you and the gang, I thank God every day for what KSI and this family has done, I could never repay it. Docness lets people know what is to be expected of them, then he helps them reach that by having himself or his staff available. He is very upbeat and makes sure that everyone around him are keeping it upbeat. He and his staff meet weekly to discuss the plans for the next two weeks and the past week, if anything when wrong he picks them up and inspires them to do better. All of this is done with the Divisional Goals being set and discussed, he and his staff are a dream to work with. Carry on Sir. This young man is dedicated to doing so many jobs right now and we are extremely proud of you. Your work ethic is second to none. The work that you do is not easy and you should be commended so I thank you, holding down that many jobs within webops and clanops is truly a hard task... The deciding factor came down to time in position and projects, while The Light is just getting started with his career here in KSI, he has all the right tools and is well on his way to becoming one of the best we have seen in a while. Keep up the great work brother! Anyway this is about Oracle, she has shown me that nothing slows her down, not even me. She is always online in some form or fashion. Oracle organizes the weekly FI meeting and usually keeps the guys on the right path. She is accessible to her staff and the squads, and she utilizes her time very well to stay on top of everything inside the division from security to just someone quitting. Oracle is going to be a great divisional leader and its not going to be very long down the road. He has been with me since day one in KSI and has worked hard for me, never asking why or ever saying we cant do it. Vitul has always been an “OK I'll get right on it†type of guy. He's dedicated to the cause, and he is loyal to KSI. He is now a cofo again and I'm sure he is going to be one of the hardest working cofo's in KSI, one of the best trainers, one of the best mentors, one of the best recruiters, most of all to all of us a best friend, go get'em bud. He is one of the most caring people you will be around, but just wait, he's just starting out in his career. Tommie, keep up the good work brother, it never gets easier, but we can always make it a lot more fun. Nine times out of ten you are going to find this young man online or on the forums. He is dedicated to his job and is very happy doing it. He never turns down a request to join a party when we have a question about the forums or just want to chat. Keep up the great work. This young man ask questions, then takes the answers and implements them with authority into his division so that they can grow, and prosper. He has the greatest respect for all of the 7â€s staff, he is always trying to learn more and I feel he will shortly be the Div Leader of one of the largest divisions KSI has...thanks for your work here in KSI Light and thank you for your Service to Our Country.
