This is a way for his members to participate in competitive games/tournaments and potentially see themselves and their fellow KSI members on YouTube for everyone, friends, family and the rest of the world. Games up with everyone he comes across. He treats every individual with the respect they deserve, He is very informative and always willing to share his knowledge about the history of KSI. Doc is a stellar leader but very motivating individual who truly enjoys to give an encouraging word(s) to members. He takes a very personal approach to when it comes to security threats and IA issues. He expertly dealt with several intricate security issues, to include poaching, embedded blacklisted members and threats of the division being hacked, thus assisting the IA department in anything he can. Doc personifies the essence of teamwork by not only managing his own division but also lending a helping hand to other div with assorted issues, some of which, required the reprimand of members. Doc is also very willing and really enjoys to motivate other members in different divisions. Doc created FI’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) thread to include an original creation of the training program, which covers everything from recruiting, mitigating issues to KSI policies and procedures. It is divided into CPL-SSGT training vs. Officer training. Generals are personally groomed by 7s, all under Doc’s tutelage and mentorship. He is the CODIV in FI and he has held the infamous rank of MAJOR during his tenure here in KSI. Even with his busy position, he seems always willing to assist any members with their questions and also educate them on any and all KSI related topics. As an IA representative, Acid has conducted 4 major investigations of Clan IR, OKG, and LOvE clan, just to name a few. Acid is also great at keeping members informed about current security threats and what these gamers are capable of and ultimately how to avoid these risky personnel. He takes a personal approach to mentoring will members on how to protect themselves and their squads against all those who would wish to do harm to KSI Global members, thus allowing members to enjoy gaming. Acid truly enjoys IA security. Acid, and the rest of the FI’s 7, currently manages 371 members. He has continued to recruit and orientate new members since he has been in KSI. She has helped keep many squads active and afloat. Oracle is a great Founder for which allows her a unique insight within FI. She has also helped our tourney and events within FI, by not only hosting but also as a judge for events conducted within FI. Oracle is solely responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the KSI FI Recruit tag, which is the starting point for all recruits as their KSI journey begins. Oracle takes a personal interest in everyone within FI. She has mentored, on or off paper, many members on how to grow as a leader and potentially be a great KSI member. She has been the acting Gen of three squads while maintaining here Founder position and responsibilities. She is the one that has spent plenty of personal time and money to host CPL challenges, to assist many CPL's from all over FI, for the opportunity to compete to change their gamer tag to reflect KSI. Her efforts have resulted in 30 name changes through CPL challenges. She is constantly working towards mentoring all those who are willing to be that next Founder of FI. Shinobi was recently promoted to the COFO position as well as being an active General over a few squads, while still providing guidance and mentorship to the would-be GENs in an effort to groom them to be able to not only run a squad but also to motivate its members and promote squad growth. Shinobi has proven himself, time and time again, thus making him the perfect choice to become one of FIs newest COFOs. He has flawlessly managed 4 squads and is the acting General of one of those squads, while training the next General to take over that squad. He is always available to take on new challenges and to push the members of his squads to achieve their absolute best. He is very much known for his laidback demeanor and his highly infectious laugh. Fuzzy has hit the ground running in a short time. He is the lead manager of the KSI FI Facebook Welcoming Committee. The purpose of this committee is to spread the word of all new members in FI. This communication method is the very first within FI, thus allowing new members to feel welcomed. This member has devoted 100% of his time and effort in support and mentorship of all of his members in and out of his squad. He is always willing to assist any and all members in situations and questions that they may have. He is approachable and very knowledgeable in KSI. He has only been a general for a short period yet during this time, he has had to kick multiple members out of his squad/KSI for C.O.C. infractions and security /poaching issues. He has shown he is a great leader and never plays favorites. He treats every one fair and equal. He has a positive effect on his squad and other KSI members. Fuzzy is constantly striving to improve and better his squad in order to grow and cultivate all of his squad members to improve themselves and encourage them to be their best. Since he came into KSI, he hit the ground running. He always looks to help out in any way he can. He has recruited 2 recruits but as an LT, he currently has 22 orientations. These orientations have promoted grown and expansion within his squad at an alarming rate. He has orientated many members in his KSI career and helped his squad out in many ways especially while hosting game nights and SGT workshop. He is currently the Velocity Head Hunters CPT and is doing a phenomenal job with the team. His HH team is still undefeated to date. Hydra is always looking to partake in many KSI wide events as well as being an active member in our great community. His motivation is unmatched amongst his peers. Hydra is always looking to improve and expound upon his KSI knowledgebase. He has missed only 3 meetings since he has been a part of KSI. He is always at game night and loves to game with all members of KSI, not just those within his squad. He will always direct members who have questions to the best person who can better help them. This member will most defiantly be a permanent part of KSI. He is an adaptable member and can fit in any situation and be able to come up with or at the minimum, know where to send members to, in order to make sure that they have the correct answers for their questions.

This member KSI Stinker has helped me personally in a couple of situations and questions. He is a great asset to TW and a really great guy i vouch for member assist.

Reason for nominating him is because first off he is a great mentor .He taught me so much in being a great officer, a great teacher and a great friend. When joining KSI I was the newbie that didn't know anybody like that but KSI ItS SmOoTh made me feel welcome to the KSI family. He takes charge of his squad keeping everything organize and everything fun. When issues comes along he keeps everything in a professional manner. He treats everybody in his squad equally. He is such an inspiration and he has and gives such motivation. Being around the guy makes you wanna go do something, be something, it just rubs off lol. Ive seen his Div chat and the guy is all over the place, supporting members and encouraging them to be active. This man has created and come up with so many brilliant ideas that i cant even list them all. He puts passion in his division and thats what it takes to be an amazing leader, he has it all and he knows what he is doing. Anyone that this guy mentors is most definitely a shaped diamond and should be truly honored, im glad i got to know him and hope he can teach me even more than he already has. So power was my founder, and ive been with this guy since he was a general, and lemme tell ya, he has come a hell of a long way. He split squads and now he has his own division. and he does a hell of a job running it, he is now a co-div leader and he will just keep rising up. He is a great leader also because not only is he dedicated to his division but he is extremely active on the forums and he is even trying to join the GfX team, he does a lot and he is good at it so this is why i believe he deserves this award. Alright so Doctor is like........the damn superman of the forums this guy literally does...it....all. Ever since i became interested in the forums he has been nothing but help and nothing but a compass to guide me down the path of becoming who i am on the forums today, he makes me wanna push my self and strive to be like him. His sheer knowledge of the forums is something to marvel at. The guy lurks in the shadows and at the instant something goes haywire BAM!! theres doc. Hes not all work tho which is the best, he knows how to have fun. I remember before i actually met him and talked to him i just use to idolizee him and never really know who hed be or whatd hed be like to actually talk to and then one day he just hops in mah party like he knows me and starts chattin. The guy is super awesome to just hang out with and have a chat with. Now hes become a true mentor of mine, he has taught me everything i know and i owe my Web Ops future career to this guy. Now as a Department head, man does he know how to run a damn department. The AAP Dep. one of the most! Actively used and loved parts of the forums, gives people the chance to award members for service and give them a badge to wear, he really know how to keep it running like a well oiled machine. and hes always trying to make it better, theres now a whole set of awards dedicated to divisions and their milestones now thanks to him. The AAP is his pride and joy, anything this man does, he makes his pride and joy and does everything to make it perfect. Hes friggin amazing no doubt about it, he will be an admin one day at the rate hes goin, now i could literally say a lot more but it would be sooo irrelevant, so with that being said, i hope this is enough. Okay so where to start where to start, ahhh okay, Bear is.....hes a challenge, but he gives a damn. Hes gives a huge damn actually. The guy goes out of his way to help literally anyone! i mean no matter who they hes there to help. someone asks a question hes on it. Bear is the knowledge of KSI to me, he knows where to find everything, he has answers to everything. but aside from assisting people hes an amazing member just all together! the guy does so much in the shadows that it doesnt get recognized but i see it. In clan ops hes a SGT but hes one of the best sgts there is, always getting people involved with the side activities and always getting new members encouraged to join the forums and have a chat. People underestimate him because they dont know him, but the people who know him know that hes irreplaceable. This freakin guy i swear.....has more passion and more drive at doing GFX than anyone! i mean literally anyone i know and have come to meet. He cares about how much you improve, hes always there to help you out and give you tips, he does sooo much and doesnt even have to which makes it so amazing. He put together a mass amount of packs from his own collection to give out to people who need resources that will help them become as good as he is, he makes it so that you should have no excuse to not be as good as if not better than he is because you will have the same stuff. Erbs is literally always trying to improve the department even while he was just a graphic artist, and now hes been promoted to a Art Director and all of his hard work has paid off, yet he still pushes to make things better. We are getting a school for GFX made and hes like playing one of the largest roles in it, putting together the lists of what to go over and making the full video tutorials for new applicants to watch, hes doing it all and he has no problem with it, he loves what he does and he is the guy that i myself look up to when it comes to my journey to becoming a graphic artist. This guy deserves this award more than anyone, and if it had existed before this year he would already have had it. Hes a great guy no matter what people say or think about the members of the graphics team, hes an amazing asset to that team and he truly does everything in his power to please. My reasoning for this begins when i first came into KSI. I wasnt really that active but i knew Docness was doing alot for my division even though he wasnt even really the div leader. He pushed and motivated so many people. He has done so much for FI. Without his leadership FI would not have gotten as far as it has. He has a way with words truly deemed for a leader. He is always motivated and his motivation is contagious to other members, I know that from personal experience. He isnt afraid to get his hands dirty and do all the blunt work to make everyones KSI experience the best possible. He is very passionate about KSI, I see that very clearly when I talk to him. He is definitely deserving of this prestigious award. He pulled in members like it was nothing and he motivated them and mentored them to bring even more, that at one point we had a huge amount of UK members for our squad split. He has flawlessly managed 4 squads and is the acting General of one of those squads, while training the next General to take over that squad. He is always available to take on new challenges and to push the members of his squads to achieve their absolute best. He is very much known for his laidback demeanor and his highly infectious laugh. These characteristics are some of what makes Shinobi so easy to approach. He has played a major role in assisting the multi-platform transition with in FI. This individual is consistently available for all of his members within FI to answer and assist them with questions, concerns and help. He has a very unique way of challenging and motivating his squad to be the best they can possibly be. This member is a very hard working yet fair and understanding. He put his squad before his personal thoughts. He stepped up as CPT and set up all of the meeting lobbies, to include SGT workshops, HH team practices, etc. Every new member that joined his squad, Smooth made it his personal mission to get them involved in forum activities and set them up with a forum account, weekend warfare. He was a sole trainer of all of his LTís on their jobs, duties and techniques they will and have used in order to keep and maintain an active squad. His skills have enabled LTís and the lower ranks to have confidence in themselves and to make the squad that much better. He quickly rose to the top with in the squad. When KSI Eagle Snipr was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, the atmosphere within the squad was inundated with his optimism and drive by this memberís unrelenting drive to make his squad the best, not only in Forced Induction (FI) but in KSI as a whole by creating Zombie Head Hunters (HH) Team on BO2. He was the sole source for getting that team up and running while networking with several members in FIís UK squads. His tireless dedication to his KSI duty is evident in his consistent messages regarding the Zombie HH teams as well as the adaptation of a Zombie HH team chat on the FIís forums page. This member is currently on an extended Leave of Absence while serving as a United States Army Officer and is overseas, in harmís way. While on Rest and Relaxation, he has managed to not only attend multiple squad meetings, Head Hunters tryouts (where he became the co-captain), as well as playing a vital role in assisting his General with a 100% attainment of what platform, Ghosts all members of Intake are going within a few short days of the request from his entire chain of command which helped showed a full picture of his squads intent. KSI Eagle Snipr is a sought after member not only from his junior officers but also from his entire squad and full chain of command for his diligence and steadfastness to the job and mission at hand. His knowledge of policy and the code of conduct is unmatched by any officer in his peer group. His background as an Army Officer makes this member a very formable yet very approachable leader, which is a unique quality for a young Intake Officer to poses. With these, among his other vast qualities, makes this Captain a force to be reckoned with now and in the future. KSI Eagle Sniper is most deserving on the KSI of the Year Award as a Lieutenant for his stellar performance in and outside of the KSI community. This a truly dedicated member of KSI. KSI Bear is an avid and sought-after member of Intake. He always sending informative/security/recruiting messages out to all friends and squad mates with the intent on expounding upon their knowledge of all things KSI. He is a member who is worth of and operating as an officer but is very much content with remaining a SGT for the time being. This does not stop him from bringing and training all members of KSI who are willing to listen and learn. Bear has a personality that suits not only the way he teaches and mentors members but also in the way that he includes any and all members into any KSI process. He is a solid member of Intake. He is one of the only members in Intake that is more consistent and active on the forums than many of the officers within FI. As his General, I have the utmost respect for this member. For Captain of the Year: KSI Invisible 1 - Current General of Clutch within the Forced Induction Division Forum Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/user/16545-invisible-1/ Reasoning: Invisible's time as Captain with Nitro squad of FI was incredibly productive. With a lot of motivation, support, and direct recruitment; Nitro reached a Squad Split into Clutch. There were so many UK members, in fact, Clutch became Forced Induction's first all-UK squad. This, in my opinion, is a monumental achievement and I truly feel like Invisible contributed to this goal A LOT. He was, and still is, insanely active - always being there for the squad. When I was first recruited into KSI, he personally took me under his wing and answered a multitude of questions I had and those questions were always answered nearly immediately after being sent out. Every single week, a game night was organized by him - sometimes there were two in a week and multiple members attended because they were crazy fun. Overall squad productivity was through the roof and furthermore, these gamenights were held at "America-friendly" times despite a 4-hour time difference with the east coast. Gamenights were being hosted at roughly 1-2 AM for his clock and many of them were on weekdays - that shows a tremendous amount of dedication. These gamenights are what really got me involved with KSI and made me appreciate being a part of this amazing community. I applied and was accepted to the KSI News Team after I attended the first gamenight and began a solid recruiting spree. On top of recruiting, and organizing bundles upon bundles of fun, Invisible still managed to keep order and discipline. He followed rules, ensured we all knew how to recruit, was always there to answer questions - all in all, Invisible truly did everything expected of a Captain and a hell of a lot more. I honestly feel he deserves this award but even if it's not presented to him, I'll still think of him as "Captain of the Year." He really whipped me into shape, so to speak, and made me love being here. For General of the Year: KSI TwistDFistS - Current General of Nitro squad within the Forced Induction Division Forum Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/user/12071-ksi-twistdfists/ Reasoning: From what I've gathered during my time within Nitro, TwistD had a lot of things to take care of when ORACLEx7 was promoted. There was low activity, motivation, overall membership, etc. Since taking over, Nitro steadily rebuilt itself into a stable squad - leading to the split into Clutch, on October 30. Every great story needs some kind of low-point, however and like a classic epic, this story sees its low-point just before the end. In the weeks leading up to the split into Clutch, certain Officers decided to transfer out of Nitro or leave KSI entirely for miscellaneous reasons. This left more than a few Officer positions needing someone to fill them. Sure, TwistD could have promoted members who have been in Nitro for a while - but he didn't. He took an extraordinary amount of time to adequately ensure these replacements were well-trained and truly deserving of the title. There was a tremendous amount of pressure on him to simply select Officers and get a quick squad split but he made sure to do what would be best in the long-run. Somehow, TwistD has managed to remain incredibly active on Xbox 360. This is made it very easy to train up-and-coming Officers but understandably, it had to have taken a hefty toll on himself. Unless you've actually been in a squad with a major time conflict like the 4-hour difference between the east coast of America and Europe, you might not understand how hard it is to be on at the same time as your Officers. This requires staying up late, despite needing to get up for work in the morning or for class and TwistD did this every night to ensure his Officers were trained. Lastly, the guy simply has a likable attitude. Squad meetings are laid-back and chill and still extremely informative. Everything that needs addressing gets brought up. The good, the bad, EVERYTHING important and that's very helpful for new members. He does so in a very friendly way, too, but at the same time if you don't do your stuff - the hammer comes down. That's when you get the Private Chat invite. Now, I can only imagine what goes down during those but in the few instances where I've known it to happen, the particular member immediately corrected whatever it was they were doing wrong. If there's anyone deserving of the General of the Year Award, it's got to be TwistDFistS of Nitro.

You KNOW word is official when it comes from this one. She's a mentor to numerous members within our community including myself and many of the higher ranked leaders. For those who do not consider her a mentor, she's definitely a role model for EVERYONE here in KSI. It's safe to say she's the face of the community, and for good reason. She's literally involved in everything that goes on here. If she didn't enact the change, she's a part of it. If she's wasn't the originator of a great idea, she's the driving force behind it. When it comes to enforcing policy, it reminds me of her smiley gif in her forum name because it suits as she does crack the whip to keep everyone in line. There's no one more ferocious when it comes to protecting our members. She shuts Poop down quickly, reviews the information at hand and digs further and once her mind is made up game is over. If something is going on, he'd know just as soon as the Sgt who's about to report it lol. He's my go-to guy when it comes to anything and everything that deals with security issues and my information kiosk regarding those as well. If any member has a question about who so & so is associated with, or something is amiss, he's readily available to readily put down that knowledge about folks who aren't even posted anywhere. I love that, and his knowledge of these things have been instrumental in keeping FI safe and secure. IA department can attest to his contributions to their field of work. He's very creative, coming up with intricate plans to assist squads on a larger scale and that's a HUGE help with divisional planning. His style to mitigate issues, award punishments or reward individuals is just so smooth it keeps things on an even keel. No matter what's going on, after talking to him, you just feel like everything is alright in the world with his cool attitude and comforting words. Oracle has devoted much time and effort to recover a struggling squad, recruit and train it's way up from the brink of merging to splitting, then immediately directing her attention to a now stagnant squad elsewhere. Oracle is a highly motivated, dedicated, and committed member of this division and KSI. Certainly one of the hardest working members I know of or have encountered and is a gem to have knowing she's another bomb leader in KSI. After taking over Intake he was immediately faced with having to kick out 2 members and about 2 weeks later had to deal with a security threat due to poaching. I believe within 2 months of being General he encountered just about everything any Gen in nearly all circumstances would have faced and he did so superbly. Talk about a crash course. He is always professional and courteous to everyone treating all with respect even if they don't. He motivates his peers and all others in FI. He literally has read everything on the forums in attempts to become more knowledgeable to assist everyone to the best of his ability. He sought out additional responsibilities and continues to do so. Fuzzy created and currently manages Forced Induction's first and only Welcoming Committee which is doing outstanding work with greeting new members, grooming them to become productive members of our community, and providing them with necessary information about what they're a part of here. I'm proud to say that he too is FI product. He's humble, respectable, and will be the first to admit when he's wrong and fix it on the spot. He'll go to the ends of the earth for anyone in his squad, div, and KSI. His drive and determination has opened eyes to many and has sparked a new kind of activity here in FI. This guy made it a point to jump into every party on his friends' list to get it set to invite only and when he did end up in a party with a junior member and AD Dawg he quickly squashed that. I caught the tail end of that conversation but the way it was handled put a smile on my face not just because of how well he took care of the issue but knowing that he's like this ALL the time. At the time he was captain he had pushed the Velocity HH Team further in their adventures of dominating the records to 13-0. He went so far as to get them all registered onto weekendwarfare.org as well as read & explain all the HH rules, how practices will be ran when/where, and was the first to take the lead on how the team will operate on certain maps. I can not wait to see this guy move up the ranks and b/c he's already making waves as a Sgt. He brings the fun back to the forums and meetings on xbl. He's the voice from the bottom we desperately need in every division to light a fire under some of these folks. He's willing and HAS helped many if not all divisions at some point. Simply a very knowledgeable individual, very funny, very active, and very helpful to ALL who comes to him. I'm proud to say he's the best damn Sgt I've come across since KSI McClaytone who some of you old heads may remember who was also FI product. I had to think long and hard about each of these nominations except for when it came to this. I knew exactly who I want to nominate and who I truly feel should be member of the year. KSI P0W3R 77 as puts together some great content of his own free will or per request for many folks. This is a talent he's used to help bring that added flavor to his version of the "KSI experience" to his members and peers. The guy has learned a lot since becoming a trial gfx artist and he's really showing off what he's got and taking off with what he's learned to put a smile on everyone's face. He's willing to try things he hasn't done before or specialize in just to do just that - my own sig for example. He specializes in real people as the main feature, however, I liked this particular character and he did a helluva job working that & was completely out of his comfort zone. The guy has some serious talent and creativity with the clips and 'tages he puts out. He's particular & especially critical on himself. But his awesome skills isn't purely the reason why I'm nominating him, although clearly worthy. Todoh has taken some new members of the Productions Team under his wing who have gone from near clueless to great editors as well to include KSI El Pollo 7 (aka Chickenwing), and KSI Chaozzz (now just Chaozzz). This is an attribute of great leaders. Those who not only have the talent and put it to use, but those who pass on their knowledge to better others. I've never personally worked with him, but he's good in my book. Give this man a medal!

Not only that he makes sure that whoever he is playing with is having a good time. He keeps everyone updated on whats happening and is always there to here people. He works hard and nothing less. Founder KSI ORACLEx7 (Founder- FI) - Link to forums account - Reasoning why they deserve this - Oracle is always there making sure things are going smoothly. She keeps the recruit tag up and motivates our officers to get on that recruit tag and get new members pulled into squads to get the full exp. of KSI. She likes to have fun but keeps things KSI friendly.

stay active. talk to the lower ranking members more than your officers but still maintain sufficient communication with your fellow officers. work well with your other officers and know when to put your foot down and stop a problem from arising. set the example and lead by it by taking the initiative for squad activities and helping your general and the squad and talk to both your general and cofounder often about being a captain and even gen because thats what captains are training for. remember your duties and review them often if you need to and try not to be over bearing.
