Lieutenant Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sweetpea (4th Captain - Wicked Intent/Venom) Link to forums account- http://www.ksiforums.org/user/15634-princess-euphie/ Reason why they deserve award- Hello AAP staff members, I know I am not part of KSI yet, but I feel that KSI Sweetpea deserves a nomination for the 2013 Lieutenant of the Year. Back in the summer when she first joined KSI she told me she had second thoughts of being in this gaming community because of past experiences. However fast forward to today, and she talks about nothing but KSI. She is constantly writing down meeting notes in a notebook, helping to set goals for the squad she is in with the help of her general, welcoming new members into Venom, and constantly spreading positive motivation within her squad and even throughout KSI. I have seen in just a day of being on the forums, she is liked and respected by everyone in KSI who are either the leaders of this community or the basic officer trying to help this community achieve great things. Though she cannot speak, having her in a party just brings happiness and life to the party, members are always looking to her for her opinion on anything from personal stuff to what she thinks is acceptable in KSI. She is always there to help members better understand KSI and the forums, like the other day she had to leave the mission me and her were doing in GTA to type out messages to a member that needed help with forums and thats not the only she has taken time from her game to help. Like yesterday she wrote down all the awards and there descriptions down in a notebook and looks over them every night and invited by the officers of Crysis to help explain how AAP works during their officers meeting last week. She worries about her squad like when we are out, she is complains at least once that she has to get home and help her squad grow. She is also always informing her squad about whats going on in KSI with multiple messages everyday that the general or the squad tag should be doing. Anyways, I believe Sweetpea will continue to grow and be come a great leader in KSI one day. She is an inspiration to many members in KSI and I hope she continues to show that anyone can succeed if they put in the effort and determination to improve and learn.

But I know for a fact he's willing to do so much for his division and squads he's over. He's willing to be the best COFO out there. Completely fufilling what a COFO should do. Always talking to his Generals, instead of leaving them in the dark. A mentor to many, and also a friend; something you can't really find in upper leadership now a days. When I needed help during our tournament he came through with no questions and won with 3 other members in my squad. He is a great leader, but also knows how to do his job-most importantly knows how to have fun. You definitely need recognition for all the work you've done BANE keep it up! He's grown and learned so much throughout his KSI. Obviously he's worked his ass off to be where he is now. He needs to definitely be recognized for all the hard work he's done. Darth continually does recruiting and training-- he has fully accomplished every rank before the general position and truly proves himself to be one of the best generals in KSI. Not only does he commit his time and effort to his squad but is friends with many others outside of TW including myself. Continue doing mad work and show everyone in KSI you're amazingness! He has shown the squad he is definitely CPT material. He has the respect from all the members in the squad and I can definitely count on him for anything anytime. This guy was one of my first 5 recruits into Memories and he has never left my side. A true Captain. He is a strong recruiter and is always training people. He is a great role model for LTs and Below and everyone in my squad can agree. He also is the Headhunters CPT and he has lead our team to a winning streak of 2-0 so far. He never leaves any members behind. Sometimes goes AFK, but we all need breaks right. [; Sicilian is extremely hard working and and follows me with every decision I make without a question in mind. He is the best Captain in KSI. I kid you not he is the best, because we are the best. We are Memories. Sicilian you deserve recognition for all your work you deserve this award. She is the most sweetest person you'll ever meet in KSI hence her name.. SWEETPEA. But not only is she sweet, she's also hard working and assertive. She gets her work done when she has been asked by higher ups in the most efficient and effective way. It always shocks me that she is unable to speak because of how much emphasis she puts in her messages, I feel like she speaks to me everyday. And although she can't,she still spams everyone on what needs to be done and updates in KSI. In Venom she is one of the few great leaders and is a strong CPT. But during her time as a LT she was recruiting and training-- hosting gamenights playing music and making sure she kept a safe and fun environment for everyone. She touched so many peoples' lives in KSI and continues to do so. She was a wonderful LT and is now a greater CPT. Everyone should always look at her a role model but also an asset to KSI--- and a pleasant friend! He is the T&E Department head and it shocks me to see how well he manages the whole T&E team and everything else he does in KSI. Predator is a dedicated member in KSI he will be reaching his 2 year here. He definitely deserves recognition for all his work. Although I've barely just met him he shows his outstanding leadership skills and executes all problems very quickly. Keep up the amazing work Predator!
