I'm not got with words so I'm just going to list out reasons why Hydra deserves this... He tries his best he's smart and fair about what he does and in my opinion he's professional about it. For Captain of the Year: KSI Invisible 1 - Current General of Clutch within the Forced Induction Division Forum Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/user/16545-invisible-1/ Reasoning: Invisible's time as Captain with Nitro squad of FI was incredibly productive. With a lot of motivation, support, and direct recruitment; Nitro reached a Squad Split into Clutch. There were so many UK members, in fact, Clutch became Forced Induction's first all-UK squad. This, in my opinion, is a monumental achievement and I truly feel like Invisible contributed to this goal A LOT. He was, and still is, insanely active - always being there for the squad. When I was first recruited into KSI, he personally took me under his wing and answered a multitude of questions I had and those questions were always answered nearly immediately after being sent out. Every single week, a game night was organized by him - sometimes there were two in a week and multiple members attended because they were crazy fun. Overall squad productivity was through the roof and furthermore, these gamenights were held at "America-friendly" times despite a 4-hour time difference with the east coast. Gamenights were being hosted at roughly 1-2 AM for his clock and many of them were on weekdays - that shows a tremendous amount of dedication. These gamenights are what really got me involved with KSI and made me appreciate being a part of this amazing community. I applied and was accepted to the KSI News Team after I attended the first gamenight and began a solid recruiting spree. On top of recruiting, and organizing bundles upon bundles of fun, Invisible still managed to keep order and discipline. He followed rules, ensured we all knew how to recruit, was always there to answer questions - all in all, Invisible truly did everything expected of a Captain and a hell of a lot more. I honestly feel he deserves this award but even if it's not presented to him, I'll still think of him as "Captain of the Year." He really whipped me into shape, so to speak, and made me love being here. For General of the Year: KSI TwistDFistS - Current General of Nitro squad within the Forced Induction Division Forum Profile Link: http://www.ksiforums.org/user/12071-ksi-twistdfists/ Reasoning: From what I've gathered during my time within Nitro, TwistD had a lot of things to take care of when ORACLEx7 was promoted. There was low activity, motivation, overall membership, etc. Since taking over, Nitro steadily rebuilt itself into a stable squad - leading to the split into Clutch, on October 30. Every great story needs some kind of low-point, however and like a classic epic, this story sees its low-point just before the end. In the weeks leading up to the split into Clutch, certain Officers decided to transfer out of Nitro or leave KSI entirely for miscellaneous reasons. This left more than a few Officer positions needing someone to fill them. Sure, TwistD could have promoted members who have been in Nitro for a while - but he didn't. He took an extraordinary amount of time to adequately ensure these replacements were well-trained and truly deserving of the title. There was a tremendous amount of pressure on him to simply select Officers and get a quick squad split but he made sure to do what would be best in the long-run. Somehow, TwistD has managed to remain incredibly active on Xbox 360. This is made it very easy to train up-and-coming Officers but understandably, it had to have taken a hefty toll on himself. Unless you've actually been in a squad with a major time conflict like the 4-hour difference between the east coast of America and Europe, you might not understand how hard it is to be on at the same time as your Officers. This requires staying up late, despite needing to get up for work in the morning or for class and TwistD did this every night to ensure his Officers were trained. Lastly, the guy simply has a likable attitude. Squad meetings are laid-back and chill and still extremely informative. Everything that needs addressing gets brought up. The good, the bad, EVERYTHING important and that's very helpful for new members. He does so in a very friendly way, too, but at the same time if you don't do your stuff - the hammer comes down. That's when you get the Private Chat invite. Now, I can only imagine what goes down during those but in the few instances where I've known it to happen, the particular member immediately corrected whatever it was they were doing wrong. If there's anyone deserving of the General of the Year Award, it's got to be TwistDFistS of Nitro.

Senior Leader(Senior Directors/BoD Members) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI QueenJess 7 Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/39-lilith/ Reasoning why they deserve this – Jess has been like a rock this past year for KSI and for myself, in training she has took us to new heights in LEAD, in leadership she has made so many sacrifices in her personal life, as we all have I know, but with Jess it's more like KSI is more than just a community. It is also more than just a few friends. KSI is her passion, she makes you feel like, well, that this is her “baby†and she is the Mother that takes care of it all. I feel blessed that she is here, but more than anything I am blessed that she is a great mentor to me and all of KSI and the community. Jess I look forward to the future with you and the gang, I thank God every day for what KSI and this family has done, I could never repay it. He always has the time to give to you if you are in need and want to get a few games in, he will lend a ear when you need that too. Outstanding work ethic, along with making sure that each of his divisions come first when he is online. Division Leader Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI DoCNeSS 7 Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/2253-ksidocness7/ Reasoning why they deserve this – KSIdocness7 gets my vote on this one due to the fact he is a Motivator, Planner, Precise, Inspiring, Honest, and he is Goal Oriented. Docness lets people know what is to be expected of them, then he helps them reach that by having himself or his staff available. He is very upbeat and makes sure that everyone around him are keeping it upbeat. He and his staff meet weekly to discuss the plans for the next two weeks and the past week, if anything when wrong he picks them up and inspires them to do better. All of this is done with the Divisional Goals being set and discussed, he and his staff are a dream to work with. Carry on Sir. This young man is dedicated to doing so many jobs right now and we are extremely proud of you. Your work ethic is second to none. The work that you do is not easy and you should be commended so I thank you, holding down that many jobs within webops and clanops is truly a hard task... The deciding factor came down to time in position and projects, while The Light is just getting started with his career here in KSI, he has all the right tools and is well on his way to becoming one of the best we have seen in a while. Keep up the great work brother! Anyway this is about Oracle, she has shown me that nothing slows her down, not even me. She is always online in some form or fashion. Oracle organizes the weekly FI meeting and usually keeps the guys on the right path. She is accessible to her staff and the squads, and she utilizes her time very well to stay on top of everything inside the division from security to just someone quitting. Oracle is going to be a great divisional leader and its not going to be very long down the road. He has been with me since day one in KSI and has worked hard for me, never asking why or ever saying we cant do it. Vitul has always been an “OK I'll get right on it†type of guy. He's dedicated to the cause, and he is loyal to KSI. He is now a cofo again and I'm sure he is going to be one of the hardest working cofo's in KSI, one of the best trainers, one of the best mentors, one of the best recruiters, most of all to all of us a best friend, go get'em bud. He is one of the most caring people you will be around, but just wait, he's just starting out in his career. Tommie, keep up the good work brother, it never gets easier, but we can always make it a lot more fun. Nine times out of ten you are going to find this young man online or on the forums. He is dedicated to his job and is very happy doing it. He never turns down a request to join a party when we have a question about the forums or just want to chat. Keep up the great work. This young man ask questions, then takes the answers and implements them with authority into his division so that they can grow, and prosper. He has the greatest respect for all of the 7â€s staff, he is always trying to learn more and I feel he will shortly be the Div Leader of one of the largest divisions KSI has...thanks for your work here in KSI Light and thank you for your Service to Our Country.

If there is one person that I know that I could go to for anything it would be this man, He is a shining example as to what a true KSI member should be and a great role model to everyone. He is my role model and a personal Hero. If I could aspire to be anything in my career in KSI it would be to be more like this man. He is patient, understanding, and isnt afraid to get his hands dirty. He does his best in everything he does and dedicates himself to seeing us all grow. If I could point to one man when asked who I think is the embodiment of all the core values of KSI it would him. Thank you for everything you have done for all of us sir! He shows patience to everyone and helps teach everyone who is around him to do the right thing. I cant say that I would have made it this far if it wasnt for this mans patience, guidance, and understanding. He has helped me not only within KSI but has helped me grow in patience in my personal life. He also isnt afraid to speak his mind and be blunt to people which has helped everyone in the division grow to a better understanding of their responsibilities and how to perform them.
