Where do I begin? There’s no way to put into words all the ways Jezrien has helped me grow. I know I wouldn’t be where I am without him. He pushed me and pushed me to be better than I thought I could ever be. At the time I thought he was just being a butt head, but now I know he was just pushing me to my full potential. When someone doesn’t know what to do about a particular situation, he won’t give them the answer. He will guide them to find a solution themselves, so that he never takes the experience away from them. I honestly never aspired to be a 7, or even a general, but Jezrien made me believe in myself. Jezrien always seems to find something in people that they don’t see in themselves. The first time I met him he inspired me and gave me hope when I had completely given up on myself. I look back to when I was a captain and I’m amazed by how much he’s taught me and inspired me. Every time he speaks he bestows wisdom. He’s the person that everyone goes to for advice even when he was just a sergeant. I’ve never seen him make a decision that had a negative impact. He always inspired me, and everyone else. If there’s even the slightest chance that someone can be convinced to stay in KSI, Jezrien can do it. When I felt like quitting he wouldn’t let me. He’s talked so many people out of leaving, and they even come back feeling more inspired to do better. He’s the most inspiring and fluent speaker I’ve ever met. He always knows the right thing to say or the right thing to do and always keeps a level-head while doing it. He’s the only role model I’ve ever had.. I’ve always thought, “Why would I want to be anyone but myself?†But honestly, he’s the best leader I’ve ever seen. I would love to be even half the leader he is. He’s worthy of Co-Div of the year. He’s helped revive this division from near death, and he continues to be a huge contribution to its growth. There’s never a dull moment with this one. On top of his exuberant personality, his a great leader. He’s very firm with his decisions, and knows how to keep people in check. He knows how to teach people respect. When I was having problems getting my squad members to respect me, I watched how he interacted with members and I shaped my own style after that. He’s an amazing trainer, as he helped train me for Co-Founder. I’ve learned a lot from him, and he’s someone I feel comfortable going to when I need advice on something. He’s always willing to help out, and he has tons of experience and knowledge for people to learn from. He’s one of the few people who has had a large impact on my KSI experience, and I’m really glad to have him as my Founder (: General Gamertag - KSI JBOMBshell [General - Last Strike/Memories] Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/16113-ksi-jbombshell/ Reasoning why they deserve this - This chick has done some serious work, oh my goodness. She’s an AMAZING general. She was definitely not given a good hand. She was running Memories LS as a Captain, and it was not in good condition. The numbers were extremely low, and she had no officers to help her. No pressure, no diamonds. And she definitely turned that squad into a diamond. She’s put in so much hard work, and revived her squad. She single handedly turned Memories into a powerhouse. She’s an absolute joy to be around. No matter the situation, she keeps a positive and upbeat attitude. She’s always happy and makes everyone around her happy. She inspires her squad and pushes them hard. She makes sure everyone is working hard, but more importantly, she makes sure everyone is having fun. She doesn’t have boring, repetitive game nights, but always brings have fresh, creative ideas for game nights. Her squad has amazing activity, because she knows what KSI is about: Fun. Everyone in her squad loves being there, and loves participating. He immediately changed his gamertag and started doing mad work from Day One. He went on the forums and started reading EVERYTHING. I knew he would be an amazing officer. He turned into a sponge and just started learning everything he could. He started recruited and almost all his recruits changed their gamertags. He’s trained a lot of the current lieutenants in Echo. He’s extremely dedicated; I’ve never heard him talk about quitting or feeling discouraged. He interacts will the lower ranks extremely well, and manages to keep an upbeat attitude, despite the issues. He doesn’t let his rank go to his head. If I ever step back down to the squad level, he’s the type of member I would enjoy being under. He’s given advice and spread his knowledge throughout the squad. He’s helped get the squad active again, and has proved himself a hard working officer. He is an inspiration and role model to the members of Journey. He cares more about the members than himself, and he gives without expecting anything in return.

She is always having game nights with her squad and division. She stays very active, only getting about 3 hours of sleep. She always pushes herself to be the best she can be, in which she is doing an amazing job. She just joined T&E and was a great help in our latest tournament. Since she got general over Menace, all i noticed was the great work that she has done to make her squad as great as it is right now. I hope she gets this award and she deserves it. CPT Gamertag- KSI Gamerchix16 (Eclipse SH-4th CPT) Link to forums account- http://www.ksiforums.org/user/9748-ksi-gamerchix16/ Reason why they deserve this- She has had all of the stacks against her, and still does great work for her squad and tries to be as active as she can with the squad. She has a busy life, and still does stay active in game nights. She helps out anyone if they have any issues or just need any help and has stayed dedicated, even with close friends leaving. She always strives for the best for the squad and is always there for any game night. She gets along with anyone and everyone in the squad. Most definitely the best person in Eclipse, heck, all of Shadow Haven, working as hard as she possibly can, rebuilding a squad that isn't doing the best. She is one of the hardest workers and best people I have ever met. Did great in T&E, did great in her squad, got along with anybody and everybody, sent all the messages in the world, motivating people and informing them on everything. She has exceeded all of the standards for being her rank. Always trying to get recruits, being in all of the game nights, helping her members with anything they need, and just being all around awesome. She is constantly active with pretty much everyone in her squad and gets along with everyone. She is always sending messages out about everything that goes on and gets the job done right. She has most definitely worked hard enough for this and well deserves this achievement. She is now a part of T&E along with productions, giving herself more work to do and gets all of it done with no issue. She is a great part of LS and a great person overall.

Helping Hand - Member has helped those who may not be able to help themselves. Whether it be buying them points to change their name, getting them some gold membership, or even buying headsets or games for ones who wanna be included but can't afford to include themselves on their own. Obviously the good deed doesn't go unknown from the person who has been helped, but the world should know how amazing this person is by having an award to show it.

Hands down, easily.. the most dramatic member I've dealt with in the past year. If there was a drama queen of the year award, I would nominate Texas for it. Hopefully that's enough. Strangely, I don't even want to give him an award, seeing as this almost rewards his antics. But... tis the season, right?

He pushes all his members to be the best he knows they can be. He is the reason IO is such a successful division. He may give me a hard time, but if anyone deserves this award it would be Power. This is one guy I know that deserves a 7 in his name. He is always willing to lend a hand in game nights, trainings, and recruiting. He never feels like because he is a Gen he is to good to do any of the work he would ask his sgts to do. He is full of knowledge in KSI. He is one of the reason I can call this community a family. Conrado is an amazing person, one of the best Generals I have seen. She has proven herself every time a challenge has come her way. Through out this year starting from HD division she has been a major instrument in our successful squad splits and division splits and i hope that the time will come when she will finally have her own squad. He has helped so many members with forums issues and also mentoring them on forums and clan ops. He has taught me a lot in such little time. Not only that he makes sure that whoever he is playing with is having a good time. He keeps everyone updated on whats happening and is always there to here people. He works hard and nothing less. Founder KSI ORACLEx7 (Founder- FI) - Link to forums account - Reasoning why they deserve this - Oracle is always there making sure things are going smoothly. She keeps the recruit tag up and motivates our officers to get on that recruit tag and get new members pulled into squads to get the full exp. of KSI. She likes to have fun but keeps things KSI friendly.

Senior Leader Or Director (not sure) KSI Greg 7 (Director - DM GZ TW) - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/109-ksi-greg-7/ Reasoning: Well first to be honest, though I've heard the name of the other Senior Leader and read on the forum some of their post. Greg is the only one I've had the opportunity to meet in game. Most likely because he's the director in charge of the division I'm part of. Also because he seems to me, to be an easy person to approach and have a truthful discussion with without being scared of him due to the position he has. He's a respectful and easy going person from which you never hear anything wrong about and even better, when you hear something about him or someone mentioning his name it is always positive. Greg is to my perception a very taciturn kind of person, but joyful to be around, and he transmits this fever to the people he comes across. Always willing to help, like I said in the previous AAP of the month, that he did get by the way, he will often forget himself and gives too much of his time and himself to better his division and assist other divisions as well, but also every members who would require his assistance in any ways. The man his too generous of his time and in my opinion it affects his energy or health. He puts everything aside to maintain the highest standard he can dream of for KSI, no matter the cost to his person. That makes him an extraordinary human being, and there for person and player to be around. I'm proud of my division leader, as I'm sure many more are feeling the same way about him. For such simple facts, I want to nominate him for the Division Leader of the year. Sworn is offering a helpful hand when ever required of him. Like Greg 7, you wont hear Sworn 7 talking much, unless he's got something brilliant or useful to say. He's no spammer... His words and actions seem to me like they are calculated. Nothing is said or done without a goal to achieve, but a goal useful to the KSI community or any of its members. Though there's such a thing as a chain of command, and I follow it, I find most of my answer by talking with my squad general weekly if not daily, but I know that if I can't find an answer that fits my questions and personnal interrogations properly, I know I can find in this Founder, an truthful and respectful ear and voice to which I can confide to. General KSI ToxicRain (General - TW/Killjoy) - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/13837-bri-bri/ Reasoning: The burden that was then on KSI Hermosa's shoulder, felt on Brianna's when she came to be the new General for Killjoy lately. With a very short staff, she had and still has to struggle to maintain her boat afloat and keep Killjoy reputation. Though her resources are limited she is succeeding in her endeavour. The killjoy adventure didn't stop with the departure of KSI Hermosa, and ToxicRain with her squad members and officers is making Killjoy of TW and KSI crown jewel, no matter the pitfall she faces for the division her squad is in, the squad itself of course and its members. She is a survivor, working for her squad indeed but also offering her time to players outside her squad, always willing to have a great chat with anyone who wishes it and helping anyone who requires her need should she be able to bring the required help to the person in need. Captain KSI Madball13 (General - TW/Trocity) - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/15341-ksi-madball13/ Reasoning: Though he is a general now, I met him as the Trocity captain for a much longer time, and on my opinion, I believe that our former and first squad general in Trocity didn't make is life any easier. Madball had to do a large part of Domo's general job for a time, though it is expected of KSI Madball13 in his position of captain, he has been acting general so to speak, for a long time before taking on the job officially, and had to give some pep to the officers and members at the time and still now and then today, to keep everyone in the mood not to play, that players already have it, but in the mood to invest themselves and there for their time in the squad and the KSI community. Alone, he wouldn't have achieve what he did, but without him, I doubt Trocity would be what it is today, of course, but I doubt Trocity would even be as close as what it is today. He is, in my opinion again, a pillar to TW and has been since his time as captain, to my knowledge. For that reason I propose him as captain of the year, instead of General. Instead of limiting my reasoning to the contact I have with him, I prefer here to bring my thought on what I saw and concluded from such perception of his time as captain in Trocity, for it is the only squad I've been and still is in. She is and shall always be an inspiration. Even in the face of adversity she remain as strong as a rock but with that soft touch we know her to have the secret of.
