General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -KSI DC SNIPER 6 Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums.org/user/12546-dcxsniper/ Reasoning why they deserve this -DC has been my general for quite a bit now has been one of the most active general i know he has a very tight and close squad and i haft to thank him for the squad. he took a squad who was falling and made into one of the bast squads in the division. he has been working his ass off since a tiny little recruit and i think its time he got noticed.

Where do I begin? There’s no way to put into words all the ways Jezrien has helped me grow. I know I wouldn’t be where I am without him. He pushed me and pushed me to be better than I thought I could ever be. At the time I thought he was just being a butt head, but now I know he was just pushing me to my full potential. When someone doesn’t know what to do about a particular situation, he won’t give them the answer. He will guide them to find a solution themselves, so that he never takes the experience away from them. I honestly never aspired to be a 7, or even a general, but Jezrien made me believe in myself. Jezrien always seems to find something in people that they don’t see in themselves. The first time I met him he inspired me and gave me hope when I had completely given up on myself. I look back to when I was a captain and I’m amazed by how much he’s taught me and inspired me. Every time he speaks he bestows wisdom. He’s the person that everyone goes to for advice even when he was just a sergeant. I’ve never seen him make a decision that had a negative impact. He always inspired me, and everyone else. If there’s even the slightest chance that someone can be convinced to stay in KSI, Jezrien can do it. When I felt like quitting he wouldn’t let me. He’s talked so many people out of leaving, and they even come back feeling more inspired to do better. He’s the most inspiring and fluent speaker I’ve ever met. He always knows the right thing to say or the right thing to do and always keeps a level-head while doing it. He’s the only role model I’ve ever had.. I’ve always thought, “Why would I want to be anyone but myself?†But honestly, he’s the best leader I’ve ever seen. I would love to be even half the leader he is. He’s worthy of Co-Div of the year. He’s helped revive this division from near death, and he continues to be a huge contribution to its growth. There’s never a dull moment with this one. On top of his exuberant personality, his a great leader. He’s very firm with his decisions, and knows how to keep people in check. He knows how to teach people respect. When I was having problems getting my squad members to respect me, I watched how he interacted with members and I shaped my own style after that. He’s an amazing trainer, as he helped train me for Co-Founder. I’ve learned a lot from him, and he’s someone I feel comfortable going to when I need advice on something. He’s always willing to help out, and he has tons of experience and knowledge for people to learn from. He’s one of the few people who has had a large impact on my KSI experience, and I’m really glad to have him as my Founder (: General Gamertag - KSI JBOMBshell [General - Last Strike/Memories] Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/16113-ksi-jbombshell/ Reasoning why they deserve this - This chick has done some serious work, oh my goodness. She’s an AMAZING general. She was definitely not given a good hand. She was running Memories LS as a Captain, and it was not in good condition. The numbers were extremely low, and she had no officers to help her. No pressure, no diamonds. And she definitely turned that squad into a diamond. She’s put in so much hard work, and revived her squad. She single handedly turned Memories into a powerhouse. She’s an absolute joy to be around. No matter the situation, she keeps a positive and upbeat attitude. She’s always happy and makes everyone around her happy. She inspires her squad and pushes them hard. She makes sure everyone is working hard, but more importantly, she makes sure everyone is having fun. She doesn’t have boring, repetitive game nights, but always brings have fresh, creative ideas for game nights. Her squad has amazing activity, because she knows what KSI is about: Fun. Everyone in her squad loves being there, and loves participating. He immediately changed his gamertag and started doing mad work from Day One. He went on the forums and started reading EVERYTHING. I knew he would be an amazing officer. He turned into a sponge and just started learning everything he could. He started recruited and almost all his recruits changed their gamertags. He’s trained a lot of the current lieutenants in Echo. He’s extremely dedicated; I’ve never heard him talk about quitting or feeling discouraged. He interacts will the lower ranks extremely well, and manages to keep an upbeat attitude, despite the issues. He doesn’t let his rank go to his head. If I ever step back down to the squad level, he’s the type of member I would enjoy being under. He’s given advice and spread his knowledge throughout the squad. He’s helped get the squad active again, and has proved himself a hard working officer. He is an inspiration and role model to the members of Journey. He cares more about the members than himself, and he gives without expecting anything in return.

I am most joyed to be in her squad she has taught me so much and I hope she continues to do so. I am choosing her because I for see a greatness within her that can lead KSI, and her squad into a brighter tomorrow.

She is always having game nights with her squad and division. She stays very active, only getting about 3 hours of sleep. She always pushes herself to be the best she can be, in which she is doing an amazing job. She just joined T&E and was a great help in our latest tournament. Since she got general over Menace, all i noticed was the great work that she has done to make her squad as great as it is right now. I hope she gets this award and she deserves it. She has a busy life, and still does stay active in game nights. She helps out anyone if they have any issues or just need any help and has stayed dedicated, even with close friends leaving. She always strives for the best for the squad and is always there for any game night. She gets along with anyone and everyone in the squad. Most definitely the best person in Eclipse, heck, all of Shadow Haven, working as hard as she possibly can, rebuilding a squad that isn't doing the best. She is one of the hardest workers and best people I have ever met. Did great in T&E, did great in her squad, got along with anybody and everybody, sent all the messages in the world, motivating people and informing them on everything. She has exceeded all of the standards for being her rank. Always trying to get recruits, being in all of the game nights, helping her members with anything they need, and just being all around awesome. She is constantly active with pretty much everyone in her squad and gets along with everyone. She is always sending messages out about everything that goes on and gets the job done right. She has most definitely worked hard enough for this and well deserves this achievement. She is now a part of T&E along with productions, giving herself more work to do and gets all of it done with no issue. She is a great part of LS and a great person overall.

She has mentored me in directions I didn't know existed in KSI I literally owe my career to this person. She is by far from what I think the best and most important KSI member in this community. This guy is absolutely a work horse. He upholds himself and the KSI name better then anyone I know. He does everything absolutely perfectly. Everything by the book the way its supposed to be done. That is why the divisions he is over are prospering. Power even when I was in HD with him he has always been a leader and very knowledgable about everything he does. When he created and took over the lead roll in IO I knew IO was going to be great and obviously the way IO is running right now is proof of that. She was recruiting as much as she could rallying her squad to get active and help recruit as well and she has just absolutely worked her butt off. NO ONE. He has successfully got an in active squad and divison together united it and made it a powerhouse by himself. He hosts multi divisional gamenights and multi squad gamenights every night pretty much while recruiting and training a ton AND being the head of HD's Welcoming Committee. Tell me how many people can say they did that only as a lieutenant? Sorry, this girl has leader written allllllll over her. She helps people out as much as she can not in just her division, but in every division, shes surrounded herself with great upper leadership as her mentors and has risen up to 3rd captain and is absolutely taking that squad uniting it together and making a hell of a squad out of it.

Not only that he makes sure that whoever he is playing with is having a good time. He keeps everyone updated on whats happening and is always there to here people. He works hard and nothing less. Founder KSI ORACLEx7 (Founder- FI) - Link to forums account - Reasoning why they deserve this - Oracle is always there making sure things are going smoothly. She keeps the recruit tag up and motivates our officers to get on that recruit tag and get new members pulled into squads to get the full exp. of KSI. She likes to have fun but keeps things KSI friendly.

He always has his Leaders backs no matter what and he stays on top of every little thing so that we as Leaders only have to worry about the Basics in our Division. He is a shining example of what every KSI officer should aspire to be, without Huck I don't think we would be as strong of a community as we are in my opinion and if he were to leave or step down it would leave a major hole in the members and leaders he has helped and mentored along the way. The guy radiates confidence and pride in not only himself but in his division. I know he will go far in KSI and may be one day a Senior Director in charge of all of us. Docness this year though has brought everyone in his division together and made FI stronger then ever and they are the perfect example of what we want a division to look like! He can be a butt or I can but I honestly respect this guy a lot. He has certainly pushed and tried to pull one of the oldest divisions in KSI together so that it continues to live on. He does so much for this site and his Division as well as us Leaders. Whenever we have an issue or question about the Forums, he is right there to either fix it or direct us toward the solution. On the Clan Ops side though he is just as willing to help by giving us advice where its needed and tips as well. Doctor has definitely proven in my eyes that he is a much better Leader and Founder then I am and he truly deserves this award. Just kidding, honestly this man paved the way for EO literally because in the beginning I really didn't know who was in EO let alone ever played with someone from that division. Once I met Light, that all changed very quickly because of the way he ran the division as just a Co-Founder, he knew how to maintain multiple squads as well as get down to that member level to talk to them which in turn led them to become more interested in KSI. He may only be a Founder right now but Light as a Director may be as good as some of the Senior Directors when they were Directors. But he is a great guy and he knows how to run a squad to success with his recent split and him being promoted to Co-Founder just last week. He was with me from the very beginning of the split of HD into IO and he worked his tail off to get everyone including the members and officers to enjoy the Forums Side of KSI. He has really paved the way for what will become the Future of IO and he is following in the footsteps of some of KSIs Senior Leaders and doing everything he can to contribute to this community.&nbsp;Hats off to you Chicken. Very outspoken but when it counts he is there to make sure that things are running smoothly, issues are handled, and promotions are taken care of. He has done a great job this year and I know that the whole 7s staff in IO is watching him closely. I was more then right with that statement, between him and SweetTea they brought their squad together constantly playing with members, training, and recruiting all together which in turn caused their squad to split within a month or two. I am very proud of this member and what he has accomplished in such a short amount of time and I am hoping for a better future moving forward. I will continue to push her forward because I know one day she will be running more then just one squad in the future.
