He keeps us under order, and gets things done. We can reach out to him for advice whenever needed, and he always tells us what's right from wrong. Therefore this following member deserves this reward. He never hesitates to enforce the rules, and makes sure that we are all doing our job, and keeping members involved within squads. He's the go-to guy when we need a problem that needs to be resolved, but of course the chain of command falls in place. He leads by example, and always gives us tips on how we can make our squads better, and what we personally need to work on. Therefore this fellow member deserves this award. He always gives me advice, and tells me what I should improve on. He makes sure that we are all doing our job, and resolves issues quickly when they get to him. He knows how to get the point across, and always devoted a big portion of his time into KSI to benefit it. Therefore Midget deserves this award. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sad Tempah / 1st Captain / Venom WI Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/9280-tempah/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Tempah has been helping out members left, and right. He helps me motivate them, and always prevents an argument from escalating. This member tries his best to lead this squad to success, and never lets me down. Therefore this member deserves this award. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sweetpea / 1st LT / Venom WI Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/15634-sweetpea/ Reasoning why they deserve this - She’s been going above and beyond with everything, and always motivates members within the squad. Sweetpea always tells us to stay positive, even when something negatively impacts us. She is a dedicated member, and always posts the meeting notes on time. Therefore this member deserves this award.

Not sure what the rules are for getting member of the month twice in a row, but I'd like to nominate him anyway: Member Name: KSI Doctor 7 Link to forums account: http://www.ksiforums.org/user/4993-dantallion/ Why they deserve this: Doctor is a high ranking member of KSI, really high. And in my experience of dealing with "higher ups" they tend to only deal with people who are either right below them, or above them. Not the "bottom ranks". Doctor is different. Doctor talks and actively participates with all members of the clan. Not to say that other higher ups don't but Doctor stands out. Doctor says hi to everyone in the shoutbox, I see him in parties with every kind of rank, PVT, CPL, LT, CPT, GEN, etc. and he's just a super cool dude. He supports a lot of people in the clan in KSI as much as he can. He even supported my small event that I was doing (which was not even KSI related) just because he wanted to! Doctor is one of the coolest members around, and even if there's some rule about getting member of the month twice in a row, I just want to recognize Doctor once more this month also.

KSI Heero 7 (Division Leader/TW) - Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums.org/user/7261-sage-mode-naruto/ Reasoning why they deserve this – KSI Heero 7 is one of the main reasons most of the upper leadership here in TW is still here. When we all get stressed out or frustrated, Heero helps us see the good in ourselves and is always quick to show us how we can calm ourselves down and fix situations. Even though Heero has an excessive amount of duties, he always is up for playing with new members and makes sure that he meets everyone he can here in TW. He helps out new members and make sure they all feel welcome and are not left alone. We here in TW, are lucky we have Heero. We couldn’t ask for a better Division Leader. Heero is simply the best! KSI Sworn 7 (Co-Division Leader/TW) - Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/7662-%C3%A4lph%C3%A4%CF%89m%C3%ABg%C3%A4/ Reasoning why they deserve this – KSI Sworn 7 is a key example as to what a good KSI member looks like. He’s always kind to every member he meets and never shows anyone and type of rudeness. He’s always helping me out when my general duties become too stressful and is quick to help out any member in any situation. Sworn is always eager to play minecraft and halo with the squads that enjoy it even though he doesn’t exactly excel himself. We’re all proud of how far Sworn has come and can’t wait to see more good things come from him. KSI Payton 7 (Founder/TW) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/3148-voljin-darkspear/ Reasoning why they deserve this – KSI Payton 7 is a prime example of someone who goes above and beyond for KSI. He is completely dedicated to this community and everyone in it. I honestly haven’t ever saw someone in KSI that was dedicated to this community like Payton is. He’s proud to be in KSI, proud of where he’s gotten, and proud of the person he’s become. Payton is one of those rare examples of people here in KSI that genuinely cares about the people in his division. He knows almost everyone here, and is respected by everyone. He knows how to have fun, but also knows when it’s time to step in and have some authority. Which overall, has gained the respect of everyone here in TW. Payton knows an extensive amount of knowledge about KSI and is always eager to share it with everyone. Payton is a prime example of an overall amazing person here in KSI. I’m personally so proud of everything he’s done, and can’t wait to see more come from him. KSI Legal 7 (Co-Founder/TW) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/9487-ksi-legal-7/ Reasoning why they deserve this – Ever since Legal became Co Founder over Killjoy, he’s been going over the top to help us out and play on Halo 4, even though he’s a Call of Duty player. He’s been helping me personally improve Killjoy and has been helping my own members too. Legal has been kicking butt and helping out dramatically. I’m really happy with what he’s doing and I can’t wait to see what else he’s going to do to help us out. KSI Terrors (General/Recoil/TW) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/15895-ksi-terrors/ Reasoning why the deserve this – KSI Terrors is a shining example of someone who is dedicated to KSI. I constantly am admired by his dedication during our general meetings when he gives us a good 10 minutes speech on how well his squad is doing while other squads give 30 second speeches. Terrors is always playing with his members as well as trying to meet other members and be a better KSI member altogether. His head is always level and he’s quick not to be temperamental with anyone. I can’t wait to watch Terrors go above and beyond and become an amazing leader someday. She’s been going above and beyond with everything and I can’t wait to see what else she accomplishes. She posts our squad meeting notes on time, and is always there to welcome people into our squad. She’s definitely kicked it up in this past month with officer duties and has shown her authority while still being sweet Carmenia. I’m incredibly proud of her and can’t wait to see what else she does

CheddarBob7 is not only a fantastic leader in KSI, but an exceptional friend and gamer. The way he carries himself in parties and public lobbies, is a reflection of both his strong character and dedication to maintaining friendships within our gaming community as well as maintaining our code. He believed in my ability to run my squad and provides support on a daily basis. CheddarBob7 is one of very few people who i can count on for guidance and insight on building strong relationships and creating a fun squad. He deserves respect and expects excellence from those under his command or elsewhere in KSI. He is one of a kind and i see great things to come from him to add to his already established work. We should all strive to be more like CheddarBob7 and follow his work ethic and dedication. I'm proud to say I've gamed with him and have witnessed his potential.

KSI ChedderBob7 /DL/DR /ES/DR I'm witnessing for Cheddar for Oustanding Service level 1,2, & 3 because of HIS OUTSTANDING & CONTINUOUS COMMITMENT to the KSI community there are too many instances for me to name them all. KSI CheddarBob7 is a great leader and it seems like every time I talk to him he's helping someone w/something.

I'll witness for every level I possibly can KSI CheddarBob 7 has personally helped myself and many members both as a leader and on a more personal level always willing to hold out a helping hand and give people that little extra push when its needed not to mention how he never loses his cool and always hears people out on their issues there is no better nominee for outstanding service than Mr. Bob he is helping members selflessly every time I see him if he doesn't receive all of these I personally will re-nominate him again following the closing of this topic
