Protocol understands what founder does and is willing to help anyone that needs it. He stays calm and he lives by a simple rule in KSI; if you don't like what KSI offers, you can leave. He is shaping Wicked Intent into a good division by helping the squads eliminate all the fluff and educating all the new leaders we have in Wicked Intent. He knows how to make things fun and knows what to do when things get serious. He does what good leaders do and that is making tough decisions even if some of the members don't agree with the decisions. He listens to your problems in the community and your personal life. He is the calmest person around and stays cool under any situation. He has continued leading Venom to a near squad split and just like Midget, stays clam under any situation. He knows when to lay the law and have fun at the sametime. He is a good friend that understands people's problems and trys to work with them. He is open to new ideas presented by his officer staff and listens when officers are upset with him and doesnt get angry with them. JBombshell came back to KSI into Memories LS which was a dying squad with inactivity. She started right away and is a big reason why Memories LS is turning into an active squad again and with her leadership it will be a top notch squad again. She should be like the face of Wicked Intent. She sends out messages about squad events, KSI events, and motivational messages to keep the squad informed and active. She promotes forum activity which is key for members wanting to be officers and she is like addicted to these forums. She is kind to every member she meets and is loved by everyone. Eventhough this member cannot speak, she leaders by example and the members in Venom respect her very much and listen to her. I see Sweetpea going very very very far in KSI and everyone can look up to her.
