He is very compassionate towards the members of KSI. Bumpy roads and rocky mountains are what he faced for a long time. But like every catipillar he eventually grew up, spreaded his wings, and now flying high. He learned the hard way about building divisions and developing proper leadership. Before the creation of his division CO he had to deal with and defuse multiple security breaches which almost destroyed his division. But as any good leader he overcame adversity. He went onto in the near future create a division split and formed CO. While building CO he still had a few rocky roads but he started learning from his mistakes. Lol. I remember when I found him in one of my squads as was still a division leader and he was a seargent. I remember to this day him coming to me asking about what more he could do to help KSI. From that moment i taught him and mentored him. He is a very well respected member of this community. He is the kind of guy who prides himself on being the best, and in my opinion he has kept DL argueably one of the best damn divisions KSI has seen. Did I mention he has created not one but two division splits in RP and newly created TW? The proof is in the pudding folks. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Captain Gamertag - KSI McClaytone Reasoning why they deserve this - Jesus Christ this man could have probably been a director or senior director by now. The only reason he is not is because of his real life issues which would prevent him from fullfilling his daily obligations. He not only knows how to run squads but he is a great guy to game with. Its been points of time in the past where he had to be away alot due to his duties for the country. But even while away or on leave he was always an active member in the community. Whether it was on xbox messages or facebook his presence was felt like he was always here. I can honestly say he has recruited over 500 members. Its been time after time i would see lazar recruit whole clans into our community.

He is constantly seekin ways to improve the division and always posting, He is always there for his members and he is always there for me, a loyal friend if ever there was one i'm proud to call this man my brother and this is why i feel he deserves the COFO of the year.

Writer of the Year Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -Sungazers Wife Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums.org/user/287-sungazers-wife/ Reasoning why they deserve this - I nominate Sungazer’s Wife for News Writer of the Year because she first and foremost began back in July to help out KSI Pixie with editing and writing the assignments as she was given. Although the original front page was taken down, and they began from scratch again, she wrote many good quality articles for KSI. Over time, Sungazer’s Wife eventually became the head of news and made changes to the news team to make things a lot clearer and smoother. Ever since she got onto the team, she’s given the news team a better reputation with her kindness and willingness to work with people. She also later on in the year began working with KSIxly with the Academic Support Center to build a bridge between the two programs, and she is currently in the process of writing multiple handbooks for both teams so that they can collaborate together.

Talk of how outstanding and characteristic this guy was. I could safely say that anyone that has spent any time with doc had a great time and were spending their time in the right place. Especially now doc is the guy keeping me on track, keeping my ass from dragging all over the place and when he does it hes not an dbag. Hes that soothing voice saying lets get this done but also coming across as you better get this done or there will be consequences, and honestly ya know thats the best way where their not steppin on your toes but giving you that forceful nudge. Hes a great individual, a hardworking intelligent man and one of the best leaders i know. I believe no one can questions Danky's commitment to his Squad, Division, or KSI in whole. I'm excited to be a part of KSI Last Strike, and in Annihilate becuase of the leadership that Danky has provided, and I'm very much looking forward to learning the ropes and climbing up the leadership ladder with his advice and training. His explanations were spot on, and he was thorough enough to where any questions would have been follow ups regarding the material. I know Legit Faze will prosper as a General and do great things for his Squad and for KSI. One thing I have learned and started to employ myself is friending new recruits, and ALWAYS inviting them to join parties and games. As a new recruit, it's very easy to become overwhelmed with all of the members, and it's very hard for some to not fit in right away, or to find their style and type of players to party up with right away. After being around Steve and learning we come from very similar gaming backgrounds, it was no wonder we kicked it off nicely and were able to work well in games together.

For one nothing ever surprises the guy he is always very calm and cool about everything. To this day I can look back and not think of a single time that he has panicked over......anything. He has always been easy to get along with and work with. He has always been good for advice and an easy person to talk to. He listens to everything that goes and never makes any rash decisions hes is always very calm and calculated. He is a great member of my FTLA class and brings a unique personality to it, and everyone learns from his experience. Greg is a great man and a great leader.
